Driving. I swear every single day some terrible driver pulls out in front of me as if they're intentions were to drive faster than me. Unless you going 81 MPH on the highway , do not pull out in front of me and make me jam my breaks. verymad.gif Its scary knowing that someone is always going to pull out in front of you. Even in the city they do this ish.

ive been really nervous lately to drive too. Last week i was going down a steep hill and i ended up fishtailing when i turned and i was afraid i was going to land on someones yard or end up going sideways the way down pinch.gif
luckily i recovered but i was pretty shaky for a good 20 minutes afterward.

^ Oh man, I had a dream last night that I was driving an SUV and made a turn a little too fast... and ended up flipping the car. Multiple times. XD.gif

I'm nervous about this weekend. I feel like I have absolutely no time to read for my classes because I'm working pretty much all day today and tomorrow. And now I'm on cB. wtf?!

Outside of work...

I've been really careful about what I eat, but I'm worried that, with 25 days left, I'm going to slip up and eat something to f*ck up my intestines.

My pop culture class is a really bright, small room where the tables are arranged so everyone looks at one another. No one really talks even tho the teacher tries to get us into discussions in the class with eachother.
I get nervous every time I go to that freakin class. I hate being stared at and I hate walking into brightly lit, silent rooms. Its a fear of mine.

So basically I get nervous every Tuesday and Thursday. :(

Yes. Obama wants civilians to go to boot camp for 3 months (which by the way is 1 month more than any military requirement) and people are not realizing that this is pretty much breaking Constitutional rights.

and second, I'm scared that all these damn bailouts and stimulus package(s) are gonna fail within the next two months. I'm living in a country that I feel is being systematically financially crushed with all the money that's being printed and it not being backed by a damn thing. Pretty soon $1 is gonna be worth 5 cents. Imagine buying something that's worth $1 in production but having to spend $20 to purchase it? Ha... I feel that we're effed soon if things don't change.

Are you sure? I know Obama thinks every American should commit to some public service for a period of time, but that includes things like the Peace Corps instead of military service.

When Obama speaks of a "civilian national security force", he's not speaking of a military force, but rather, expanding the budget for groups like AmeriCorps, the Peace Corps, the USA Freedom Corps, etc. He has talked about making such service a requirement for all Americans, but military service wouldn't be compulsory -- one could, for example, elect to spend a few months with the Peace Corps.

No no no... outside of that. Did you listen to the video? That's his advisor.. this isn't China (no hate) this is the U.S. of A.

Meh whatever, we're getting off topic.

I did. I'm not sure if his advisor's quotes were taken out of context or not, because I haven't read his book, but I do know that the video takes Obama's quotes out of context. Obama has plans to enlarge programs like AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps, and he has at least talked about the idea of making such service compulsory, but he's not bringing back the draft or forcing military service. You can read more about the plan here and here.

Ok, I'll do a little research. Maybe I'm simply jumping the gun on this specific issue. Thanks for the info!

Ugh... you think that's bad? If you ever have the chance... get into, "The Pacific Journal Of Mathematics" cry.gif

It is extreme (Over 200 volumes).

Ha, I'll pass. I'm just gonna hire a cute Asian girl with large breasts as a tutor. You know, so I don't get too bored. I'll have more incentive to learn. eyebrowes.gif
