I met this girl. We went out 3-4 times. We were dating for 2 months. At first she was more interested in me, but I started to gain interest in her. Then I started catching feelings for her hard. I moved out of state, and it seemed like she was gonna come visit me. Then as I moved she told me in a text that she got back with her ex bf, and got pregnant. Keep in mind we had dinner together 2 days before I moved out of state. We got into a big argument about this, said some really hurtful stuff towards each other, and broke up.

I know this guy is going to hurt her again, because he was abusive to her in the past. I've tried getting over her, but she's on my mind a lot. I haven't contacted her. Oddly enough she's still kept me on her friends list on myspace. I was trying to wait until February to contact her. Mainly because I care if she's ok, and because out of all the people I've dated so far she's made me the happiest. Do you think that's a good idea?

What if she said all that because she might be afraid of having to work on a long distant relationship? She might still like you but is scared of the relationship not working, one of you cheating on the other or something.

Trust and honesty is very hard to work on in a long distant relationship because you don't know what the other is doing or what. It really depends on the people. Some work out while others dont.

Most of the time, the people responding to these relationship threads are girls, so you dont get great advice. So, its like this. If she really pulled that kind of shit on you... everytime you think of her, remember how she cheated on you and she deserves everything shes getting. Get mad and don't talk to her. Then work on improving your own life in any way possible.

Be realistic and get over your feelings for her. Now you need to be a friend if she's in an abusive relationship. If you're able to take matters into your own hands and solve the problem; then do it. If not, you need to let someone know. Before you take any action, talk to her. Get on the same page.
