What are your favorites?

I stay on Epicurious, and, recently, Recipezaar. I'm also signed up for this new website, Cookstr, which has a bunch of recipes from celebrity chefs (Nigella Lawson, Jamie Oliver, Rocco DiSpirito, etc).

Yumsugar, I loooooove this site. Not only do they have yummy recipes at lots of different skill levels, the site also has a lot of other channels like Celebrities, Home, News, Advice etc.

I have a ridiculous amount of cookbooks (probably two standard bookshelves worth) but recently, I've been browsing cooking sites for stuff instead of digging up recipes. Part of the reason I've done that is because we're moving soon and some of my books are packed. The other part? I'm just lazy sometimes. ;)

So right now I'm on allrecipes.com. I think it's a really good site. I like that I can save recipes and create shopping lists based on the recipes (which saves a TON of time). I also love being able to search by ingredients. Because we're moving, I'm trying to eat up what we currently have as to not have to port things over or waste anything and the ability to find recipes I can apply currently housed food to is pretty friggin awesome.

I'm pretty hooked now. :)

Food Network's site is pretty good. But whenever I'm looking for a recipe, it's allrecipes.com hands down. There's so much traffic there that you really get a good understanding of how the recipe should come out.

Thomas, I'm still going to be in Nashville. We're moving from an apartment to a town home that just finished being built (few carpentry things left). :)

i want a good one that's like...coherent, or something, not all over the place. i don't like places that don't have a picture of the food. i like to scroll down pictures and pick what looks good to me. i'm browsing around foodnetwork.com, but eh. i can't figure out exactly what i dislike about it's setup, but i just don't like it.

i duno, i need new food to make i'm tired of the same stuff.

Idk, whenever I get the idea to make something I just go read a bunch of recipes and figure out the general gist of it, then kinda do my own thing knwoing the basic rules of how to make it. I use google and just type in the name and look at whatever comes up.
