Well, I can see why createBlog would be worth that much since it's an incredible site and cB does host A LOT of content.

Jusun has owned this place for a while, and now that his domain is going to be renewed sometime soon I could see him letting this place go, or selling it at the very least. I have heard that he was selling it some time ago but never went through with it.
 I think the value is a little high, this place is dying.

yea umm.. adminstool said my website was worth $4,002,830 which I highly doubt because I've only had for about a month and a half.
