yeah, i'm really not sure. some guy was talking about it today. truth be told, i really don't think it is because my city has been one of the cheapest around my area and were about 11 cents higher than the city i work in. bullshit.

i can't have facial piercings at work. girls get in trouble all the time for having a little speck in their nose called a nose ring, so i'm sure eyebrows wouldn't fly.
