never know it still could be. Are you?

Anyways tung wherever they are stalking you from tell them nicely to stop. And if its from aim or any site see if there is a way to block or ignore them.

Block him. Thats probably the best thing you can do.
Or add him and just tell him "look, can you please stop adding me? I dont know you and this is just making things weird for me" or something like that.
