QUOTE(nikx618 Posted Jul 13 2008 @ 12:55 AM ) catcher in the rye for school[: actually pretty good Yes! I agree, you're practically the only person who likes that book! All my friends were like: "I hated it..." But I thought how interesting it was that the whole book's setting takes place all in one night and half a day. I thought the main character was a lot like my older brother so I guess that's the real reason why I liked it because I felt a connection. Anyways, I'm currently reading Nefertiti. It's such an incrediable book! It's through the perspective of Neferitit's younger half-sister. It's a lot like reading about the Boylen sisters so you can imagine, it has moments where they're quite intense. ![]() QUOTE Don't you LOVE Mr. Darcy? What girl doesn't love Mr. Darcy???? ![]() |

You should read the book Rebecca if you're into murder and mystery. ^ohmygod, no joke i have to read that for school. the first couple of chapters made me want to kill someone but it's finally starting to look up. it looks like such a beach read though. not something worthy of honors english. |

If you guys are into sci-fi/action/adventure then pickup Pendragon Book 1: The Merchant Of Death. If you like it, go and pick up the next 8 in the series. The 9th just came out, and then there is one more after that and then its all over :] its a great series.
