i'm starting to go to a different level on myspace layouts, and i did my first one. i looks horrendous on cB's previewer, so it might not get accepted, but i love it on myspace.

any suggestions to make it better? make sure you push refresh a couple times, too. ;]

I think instead of having the "1, 2, 3, 4, 5" system of jump-down navigation, you should make it so people can actually name the numbers. It's confusing with just a list of numbers there.

If you keep the numbers, you'll need a "jump to top" link after each section, so people don't have to scroll all the way back up.

Just a suggestion.

people can always name the numbers if they really want to. i ended up putting corresponding numbers next to the section titles.

at first i did have "back to top" links, then i removed them because i didn't like them. now they're back on, and i still feel a little doubtful about them. i might change them again.

I think your placing of the arrows is a little weird. idk, if i could place it anywhere, i'd insert it between the title of each section and the content in extra-small font. and it'd probably say "top" instead of just being an arrow. but that's just me.

besides that... i'm not too familiar with myspace, but is that banner ad going to appear at that exact location if it were actually on a myspace page?

i used arrows because i want it to be as minimal as possible (along the same ideas i used numbers instead of words). what do you mean about the advert?

awh. i liked the purple splats. it seems so naked without them. also, the comment box is "messed up" because i've never been able to figure out how to display the code for a textarea within a textarea without changing the tags; it shows up properly on myspace, though. (how does cB do it?)

I like how the image changes, and the jump down menu is pretty cool too. The purple and blue blotches really bother me, though. I don't think they fit, especially when the image isn't the one with the flowers.

Well, I like the new placement of the arrows, for one thing.

I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that, but the ad looks like it's cutting off your layout. If it's MEANT to look like that, then I personally feel that the top of your layout is cut off a bit too rapidly.

I also think that the number navigation should be centered with the image and the nav above it. Idk, it just feels a bit off.
