But I am the kind of person that you find re-arranging the shelves in Wal-Mart.

So you're a Wal-Mart employee, then?

I hate those commercials in which they pour blue liquid on maxi pads to highlight the pads' absorption capabilities. I mean, who are they trying to fool -- no one's menses is blue!

Chunky tomato soup would be much more realistic.

I hate those commercials for those sex lines. They just get so ridiculous. They have these hot ass models that are terrible actresses lay on a bed half naked talking about how she'd rather stay home and talk to some perverted 65 year old guy than go out to parties with her friends. Why the hell would a girl that good looking need to use a "date-line" to get dates?

HAHAHA.
I can't stand that shit.
I also hate all the "anti-drug" commercials. It's a great idea and stuff, but they are just WAY too over dramatic.
I've gotten high A LOT and I have NEVER ran over a kid on a bike, shot myself in the head, or gotten so high that my body deflated.

Then again, maybe I'm doing the wrong drugs.

^xD What? Which commercials?

Also, Truth commercials. I cringe with they come on.

And LOL@Mickey Avalon in the Boost Mobile commercial. He looks like a 15 year old boy and/or girl.

Oh, I know. Seriously, why would you ever feel the need to cleanse yourself in such a way that mean you have to dry the bathroom afterwards?

Eh, you're not alone. I've been known to reshelve cds that have been left lying around in stores, simply because I can't stand it when they aren't properly arranged. Drives me nuts.

Where they pour juice into a cup or pitcher, and it's like splashing everywhere. Sure, it's pretty, but the whole time I'm thinking, "OH MY GOD YOU'RE MAKING SUCH A MESS."

Or, "OH MY GOD YOU'RE WASTING SO MUCH!" I mean seriously, half of it isn't even going into the glass.

sad.gif

I just want to take the container away from them and pour it correctly into the glass.

Does this bother anyone else?

i saw a commercial like that an hour ago and i thought of this topic biggrin.gif

There's logic into your thinking, but remember, human are easily prone to appealing images which attracts them to purchase it. Not just drinks, but many stores like American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, and many other unnecessary things but pretty ... like two guys and one girl ... who are semi-naked ... if you think about it, why would you want two guys and a pretty girl? is she a hoe or something? well, the purpose of this image is to display more sexiness and some lucky sex appeals.

Advertisement isn't entirely about logic. It's an art of expression whereas company want to display their image is a visual way. Chances of gaining profit would be higher rather than boring commercials.

To answer the topic, I dislike certain carl jr commercial when there was a skinny girl riding on a horse eating burger.

The focus of the comerical lacks emphasis on the burger. The girl is way too sensual and is stole the spotlight from the tasty burger especially how she performs in front of the camera. I thought it was so stupid of the company to shift the views of the public to that girl instead of a burger. Haha.

^ You have a point. Last time I got my hari cut, they shampooed it for some reason, and it was f**king NICE. Also, the feeling of clean hair after you've been running around or whatever is really nice.
