Don't let this bottle up and overcome you. You've proven you're strong and can overcome this. It'd be really helpful if you told someone -- your parents, a close friend, or even the cops -- and get this jackass in jail, if you know who did it.

Besides renting Speak, I think you need to talk it out as well. Do you have a best friend? I'm not saying you should go seek counseling or tell everyone you know, but sometimes, a close friend that's willing to listen is key.
