How did you get so many posts?
Did it just eventually happen, or do you post ALOT?
Because i have noticed that some of you have alot of posts but youve been a member for quiet some while, but some have joined around the same time i did, some even later than me.
So how did you get so many?

I've been here since June 2005, and my post count just sort of happened. There was a time when I could literally post so much that I'd get 100 posts (or more) in a day. That doesn't happen so much anymore, but if you just stick around and keep posting, they do add up. :3

Didn't you have another account, that had 4,000+ posts on it. You could ask a Mod to combine the two accounts together. You would have about 11k+ posts. ^_^

I live on this site.

<of topic>well I haven't lived on this site for the last month or two because I am getting ready to graduate. But I hope I get a job at a best buy so when I have no school I have a job during the summer</of topic>... and during the downtime there I would be able to post like mad again. Thats also how some people get a ton of posts they post during there school or work time. Quick tip another way to get more posts is going to the sandbox now known as the forum games section that helped me allot when I was new. Then when you have generated enough posts you could welcome allot of people in the Introductions section on here and they wold think you have been on here allot by your post count. Also there is the Createblog diary thread, the rate your day on a scale from 1-10 thread, and If you think of a neat topic just post a new topic that could work too. Another thing DON'T SPAM the mods wont like you for that.

Basically just keep posing like everyone else says!

Same. I don't keep track, they just accumulated over the years.

Exactly. There's no need to fret about your post count. If you post regularly it'll get up there.

PLEASE DO NOT GO ON POST WAR AND REPLY IN EVERY SINGLE TOPIC JUST TO HAVE A HIGHER POST COUNT. THAT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING.

Haha. So true. Post count isn't important at all, especially with the Official Member requirements being lowered. I'd rather see quality over or quantity.

Well I would have to say that I wouldn't have that many posts but after being on design staff so many times and helping countless people and then posting again for closing topics a lot of times, eventually you just end up with a lot of posts.

yeah, i think i got most of my posts when i was a mod-moving and merging topics but then i realized it really wasn't necessary to type it every time that happened, lol.

when i first joined though, i was a lot more active and posting everywhere.

Um... you could start up an on topic discussion with someone in a thread. Sometimes it's annoy to read those, though.

When I was used to be a mod, I contributed to the thread, and then I would post where I moved it to. Other times, if I don't have anything to contribute, I just move it without saying that it was moved. No one questioned that because usually I moved the topic to where it belonged (category-wise).

Mostly the same as everyone else... It just happens after hanging around here for 3 years +...

Some days there would be times when you could easily post 100 times in a day, like Dani said. Usually over summer.

Nicki, side note (completely unrelated so pardon me for thread-hijacking).. I JUST really looked at your avatar, and it's completely brilliant. I love it. <33

If you made 600 posts a day, you would have over 50,000 posts. Because you've been on staff for a while.
