lol, I was kinda adding to Tama's post. I don't really like Rachel Ray, she's annoying. I think Diana needs her own show, lol. I would totally watch... but then it would be like Kinky Cooking with Diana. *insert smiley cracking whip*

 i can make some kick ass pasta. and im told my cookies are amazing. and i love my pork roast i truly enjoy to bake/cook. i can make pretty much anything if you give me the recipie |

Recommendations on cookbooks would be great. Specifically of the hispanic and italian genre. I want to go to a sushi making class too. Wow, I am becoming more intellectual by the second even though I am jobless!

Isn't American cuisine, like, French fries and burgers? And deer meat?
I know Wisconsin cuisine is cheese, beers, and brats  I have a ton of cookbooks, mainly deserts and German ones. I like the ones with pictures of the final product in them the best, because then I know if what I made turned out the way it should be. |
