I mean now you have all this time on your hands and you can spend it on making your self happy and not just him. Now is your time to reflect on the past and move on with your future. I can't believe this is it. I haven't come to that realization, yet. When it hits me, it's going to hit me hard. I'm doing quite well, though. I guess I knew it was coming.

So how many days have it been so far? 3-4 days now? Is that the longest you two "broken up"?

It's been only um... two days? Oh no, three. Since Wednesday. It isn't the longest, yet; but it is the longest I have gone with no contact whatsoever. Although we texted a little yesterday, it was just for me to get my memory card back. Usually, I am texting him after break ups, or we decide to have a talk... but this time, I told myself I wouldn't beg for him back. So, I haven't tried to contact him, and he hasn't tried to contact me. I know he wont try to talk to me unless I try first. But I'm done trying.

So I guess, the reason why you two always seem to get back together, is because you are the usually the agressor after a "breakup" is that right?

And this time, you haven't tried, so I guess he's probably not doing anything, and maybe just waiting for you to come back to him like you always do.

Yeah. I never want to break up. He always wants to break up. I am always the one wanting to get back together and he is always the one giving me second chances. He is always the one saying he isn't happy. I was quite happy, regardless of the occasional fighting, until he just recently really started treating me like shit and making me miserable.

I have no idea if he's waiting for me to crawl back to him, or if he's happy that I finally left him alone. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Well, I think you probably still love him. But even so, I think it's really best if you finally end it this time, and try your hardest not to get back together no matter how hard it is.

I mean if this has been going on for a while now, the on and off thing, it won't be healthy in the long run imo. There's obviously alot of problems in the relationship (which seem to never got resolved for so long now) and it won't do any of you guys any good getting back together again.

However, I do think if this might be the last time you think, then I think the two of you may need one final talk to agree that this is finally over. If not, then you are just leaving the possibility of a reunion if nothing is said. You guys have to set the matter straight. You don't have to do it soon, but just in the near future say 1-2 weeks.

I just ignore his calls and let him realize what hes missing. I try to move on but when you love someone its hard, so if you love that someone you broke up with chances are you'd go back if its worth it..

I agree totally, I think you should discuss with him that this will be a clean breakup instead of thinking if he's just waiting for you to come crawling back. Other then that I suggest just following everyone elses advice as to leaving him behind and move on.
