You can use bones for furniture. (as in the legs of a chair.)
Eyes can become marbles for little kids. If you fix them up a bit, you can use ears as ashtrays. Organs..you can make them into bean bags somehow and give them to children to play with. If you have hair, you can try making those into blankets, or pillow cases, etc. Maybe even curtains (if that`s even possible.) |

their heads can be used as bowling balls you can turn the extra skin into some sort of new material for furniture.. |

Well not technically. A skull wouldn`t "roll". It`s not perfectly shaped enough to roll as a bowling ball does. If you had a skull, and ripped of the mandible part, and filled in some of the holes (and maybe got rid of the upper teeth) you could use it as a bowl, maybe. You`d have to do some carving and filling in. |
