QUOTE(Steven @ Mar 19 2008, 04:16 PM) *
I have some fat on my stomach I want to get rid of, and it's about the last thing I need to go. I just have to get myself running again. I'm not looking to bulk up or anything, but I want to lose the fat I have (not to an unhealthy point, though).

Try drinking a gallon of water a day... literally. Try 1 cup of water every hour. From when you first wake up til right before bed. After a week to two weeks, that should help drop the fat.

YES. I have big thighs. I know I shouldn't worry about them but oh well. It's just when they're like huge and the rest of me is not.

Anyway. My stomach doesnt really fold but it creases a little.

Yar... if you push/pull anything repetitive times, that alone will make muscles grow and harden :P

I always force myself to overeat. The more calories, the more growth. We most likely have different somatotypes.

somatotype?

I'm between Endo and Meso.

I thought everybody's stomachs fold over when you sit. (Unless you have really good posture) I'm not exactly sure what I would consider fat because everyone is different so I wouldn't say that there was an "average" skinny person look.

I intend to get rid of that fold. Mine's almost gone.

Nah... when I'm solid and dry(bulky and ripped, which sounds like a deodorant perk) the only thing that looks like it's folding is my massive fist size abs lol =D

I've slowly been losing weight. The closer I get to my goal, the harder it becomes. Of course me stomach is gross. So are my thighs. The thing that I hate is when skinny, perfectly fine looking girls say "Ugh, I'm fat. I need to lose weight." and then they still where tiny outfits. If they really believed that they were fat, they wouldn't draw attention to it like that.

Sports. Think of sweat as "melted fat" The more you sweat the more fat you're burning. So other than diet and drinkin at least 1 gallon of water a day, you'd need exercise/cardio.

Swimming works, like, every muscle in your body. It's crazy to see how much the girls and guys on my schools swim team eat during swimming.
