I'll drop it and pick it up when I see fit :) It was a good suggestion, as a lot of spam is side tracked conversation that would be fine in a thread of it's own.

Anyways, not to spam again, would y'all say that there are absolutely no soldiers in Japan?

Soldiers train up at White Beach and Torii Station here on Okinawa. They also have a Communications brigade somewhere in the boonies. There aren't many of them.

Not necessarily. One would think that being in the Navy would give you and understanding of the other four branches, or at least know some of the generalities that apply to all 4 branches. Not to say I'm taking his side or anything, just that statement was full of fail.

I never said there weren't Soldiers here, I just said I didn't know anything about 'em. As a serviceman stationed here, we all know where the bases are, just in case. That doesn't mean I go there and kick it with some guy they call Sarge. hehe.gif

ok we have a very specific naming convention. it's Begin: relativeTruth, and End: relativeTruth.


Then any other identifiers are used like so:

Actually not really... it never has changed.

It's the sense of pride in which a serviceman or woman woul dmuch rather be addressed to their branch. That's all.

It still stands. Many Marines find it offensive to be called the 's' word.
