That chat - I wasn't a part of it, but I didn't see any conspiring in that conversation on Anna/James's part. The thing that got me was that they were talking about promoting Suzzette in front of James and Anna which shouldn't have happened. Because they found out about that, of course they thought it was a bad idea - I did, too! We all did! Come on, we weren't just picking on poor Suzzette, we had a good damn reason for thinking she was bad for the position. But anyway, I woke up the next morning and Suzzette was an administrator. It just didn't make any sense. Kiera and Rebecca stepped down and then James and Anna were gone, and it was basically just this bizarre place that felt dead and full of people faking cheerful attitudes.

Conspiracies? I doubt there are any real conspiracies going on within cB. I will say that despite the proficiency any of the former staff may have had, I have noticed a lack of effective leadership over the past few years. I think it's all about finding the right staff that can compliment one another's leadership tactics. For the most part, things seem to be going well.

There's an actual conspiracy here of defaming. I've noticed people tend to take their own interpretation of things then twist it all up in a blender that they call their brain then spew out misinformation while claiming that's what they interpreted.
