I think that Sarah (S-Majere) is doing a fantastic job as a recently promoted Head Staffer.
 She's extremely active and helpful, plus she's friendly. :). Same with the newly hired Design Staff, and People Staff. I'd like to see LoveToMySilas more active though. She seems like the only mod who I see the less around here. :T.

I think that Whitney needs to be more assertive, be more sure of herself. She shouldn't be second guessing and asking for advice esp if it's coming to topic merging/closing.

I think Dani and Whitney are doing a great job as Design Staff. I always see the both of them constantly in the Resource Center helping out people. :). I haven't seen Fawaz in a long time, and he hasn't posted for like 2 weeks? >__> But he has been online today. :x. Sarah and Diana are doing great for recently promoted staffs (well for Diana). Everyone seems to be doing great as of right now. Oh! And Anisha is pretty good in the Resource Center as well for being newly promoted. :).
