The only song that I'd consider "liking" him would probably be the one that he sang it for his daughter or something. I don't remember what it's called but I think it's "A Mocking Bird" or something? :T. But, that's about it. I don't listen to English songs all as much, though.

I think some of his old songs are okay. It's not typically rap lyrics. I don't really listen to rap, though.

I like him, I rarely listen to Rap or Hip-Hop, but he's one of the only two Hip-Hop/Rap artists I have in my collection, with the second being Atmosphere, which is my favorite.

I just love the songs that he writes for his daughter, Haley. I mean, not only are the words deep but he does know how to flow.

School me. Seriously. He seems like a smart guy, I just haven't heard anything from him that impressed me.

Eminem's rise in hiphop can be credited to his extraordinary freestyling ability. His creativity seemed to be limited post the Marshall Mathers LP, which, after listening to it hundreds of times, was probably the peak of his career as an major label artist. He has his shining moments with collaborative efforts, but all albums past that are sub-par, at best.

313 EP (rare), Infinite (somewhat-rare), the Slim Shady LP and the Marshall Mathers LP could easily solidify anyone's claim that Eminem is a hiphop legend. From there, Em has incredible verses scattered about with his different artists.

Jay-Z - Renegade (f/ Eminem) Thats a good start.

Oh man, Without Me... I remember that used to be the song everybody tried to rap along with when it played. It's a classic in my mind, at least.

Thanks, Brandon. I've got a few iTunes giftcards laying around. I'll download some songs.

(I'm ALWAYS willing to give an artist a chance)
