I usually try to ignore it and concentrate on whatever I'm doing... But it makes me really uncomfortable
I always assume it's because of a bad reason. Lots of the time they've only been staring in my direction, so I don't want to make it look like I'm staring at THEM.

Meh, if their staring and laughing at you, then their either talking about you, or theres something wrong (hair sticking up kind of thing).
But who cares, if they dont say whatever their laughing about, then their obviously scared of you. :) When people usually stare at me, I usually just stare back untill they feel uncomfortable and look away.
