There has been some famous people on cB. Everytime a fan comments on a star, you can't be sure whether it was read. It isn't something you should obsessed about.

i went to my old school to pick someone up
and i was famous everyone i knew back in the day came up to me and was like "Hi, Wow, i havn't seen you in ages, where you bin??" and i was really not that popular back then |

No. Although the other day on one of my last.fm groups, someone gave Stephen Malkmus' latest a glowing review, and we discussed the possibility of him reading that...but of course, the possibility is slim.
