well i think the person she has in mind would be great if they showed an interest in being an admin at this time. i personally would choose that person over anyone.

yea my grandparents house is super old and when my dad was a kid he over filled the bathtub and flooded the whole bathroom and it ruined it and my grandparents just never got around to fixing it..and the moisture has built up horribly in the walls and such so we're completely taking it apart, taking down the walls and putting up new drywall and everything.
