I started smoking at 16 but wasn't a heavy smoker until after I joined the military. I was able to stop altogether without a single craving until I hit a pack a day. Since then, quitting has become increasingly difficult.

Is so, then why? no, i don't think it's okay. if it's for a good cause, like finding cures for disease, i'm all for it. how could testing cigarettes on animals benefit anyone? yes, perhaps they could make a 'healthier' cigarette, but in the end it's still harmful for everyone.
