I sure hate them, especially Walmart gift cards. I don't like being limited to one store. And those gift cards you can use anywhere too, why not just give out cash?

Its always nice to have like some kind of box that is wrapped with something inside. I prefer that.

I don't like giftcards that are like $10-25 cuz theres nothing much you can buy or it would be like just $10-25 off certain item.

But, it's nice to have giftcards that are like $50-100+, and its a plus if it's my favorite store. xD

I can't stop laughing at the fact that of all the gift cards in this world, you received a Wal*Mart gift card. I didn't even know they sold gift cards? It could have been at least Target, or something? I would sure hate them, too.

I adore Barnes & Noble gift cards, and I wouldn't mind a Starbucks one either. tongue.gif I know they're usually viewed as being impersonal, BS gifts but I like them.

Gift cards are great, but I like money better. I'd rather be able to spend $$ wherever I wish instead of being restricted to one store with a gift card.

BUT you can buy stuff with both, so it's all good. _smile.gif

I love gift cards, only if there for a store I like. The Visa ones are a pain though.

Gift cards are good practice for newbies and credit cards.
