Men can ejaculate even without having to insert their penis into a vagina. Why would they be considered not a virgin then? Why would it make a difference if they ejaculated into a vagina?

I think he means how like... for women, some membrane or something is broken and she is no longer a virgin. I don't think such a thing happens for guys. Like for women, you can have sex with her and you'll know if she's a virgin or not.

There can be a debate brought unto male virginity but the basic rule of male virginity has already been stated: penis enters vagina. Though some people may want to classify it as: penis enters vagina then ejaculates.

There is no valid perception of male virginity or virginity in general, for that matter. You consider your own lengths of losing virginity.
