I think a lot of people have screwed up turkey far too often for me to know the real pleasure of eating it. Either it's too dry or not seasoned enough or overcooked. I'd possibly die if I had that many dishes with turkey as the main ingredient.

My mom cooks up turkey only once a yr so I enjoy it because of its rarity(& also cuz seeing my mom is a rarity as well). Other than that I don't ever eat turkey because I rather just wait til Thanksgiving when I see my mom _smile.gif

wow, we only got turkey for thanksgiving.. and i'm vegetarian, so i don't really eat it.

i cut turkey a lot when i'm at work though. cutting sausage is my favorite though, it goes so fast.

I despise turkey! Besides, they have the right to live. I haven't had one since I decided I will never have one again. I don't eat meat for the holidays, I eat vegetarian dishes. One moment to cherish. Cheers!
