just to add, since everyone keeps talking about how tung has been so offensive. i think tung's punishment needs to be in regards to the here and now, not an accumulation of posts he's made over the last few weeks. we can quote all over the place where tung has made sexual or somewhat offensive posts, but we can't punish him for those now. if those posts were a problem, they should have been dealt with when they happened, not slapped on later when he happened to piss off the wrong people. so we can show examples of how tung has been out of line, but we can't punish him now for being out of line then. if there has been a continuous problem with tung's posts, that fault now lies with the moderators, not with tung, because if that was the case then tung should have been told to stop. then we get back to what elba and steven were saying though, because we all have different ideas on when that is. nobody has messaged me to complain about tung, and i'm not someone who gets offended at all really on here, so it's the same with elba, i really don't know.

i do think that tung needs to be punished. if he's harassed members the point of leaving the site, then yeah, that's wrong and it deserves punishment. the whole deal with the holly/josh picture, i don't think that's nearly as big of an issue as harassing regular members, but yeah, tung knew what he was doing when he threw that into the equation. i don't think he's innocent at all.

That's exactly how I feel abotu it. He threw it in my face just to piss me off. I'm not mad at the actuall image. I was mad that he disrespected me like that after I stuck up for him. Part of me says, "he was just asking for it so I gave it to him." I could have easily handled it.

I don't have a problem with tung if he's released. As long as he apologizes, cuts his shit, the images come down, and he stops being a jackass in the lounge and feedback section. I don't have a problem.

Just read through all the replies, and I have to agree to an extent what I did was wrong. However, I thought it was unfair that you are basing your arguments of my actions with my posts done in the past. If you guys were so upbeat and offended by my post in the past, why not do anything about it then and warn me then? Why do it now, because I have a negative feedback on you? Not everyone is going to sugarcoat things for you Josh, and suck up to you. Like I said, learn to deal with opinions by other members. I have no problems with apologizing. I however, will not change who I am, to satisfy you guys. I'm not going to suddenly be all fairy-like and post suck up posts, saying "Oh Josh, you are doing a splendid job!" No, I'm going to tell it like it is.

Since you deleted my long post last night I made, I'm going to repeat a little bit of what I said. Jeanna, if you were offended in any way, why not just come straight to me and tell me to stop? Did you ever tell me to stop? You could easily tell me to stop. Yet, you continue to reply back to my posts, and never said you were offended in any form. You never PM me to please stop, it's hurting you. I wasn't shocked you snitched to the admins. What I was surprised was you did it, while not hinting even a little you were hurt by my posts to you. If you can't cope with e-drama, you aren't meant for the internet.

Holly. You are the admin. Do your job. Stop having people make decisions for you. I've respected you always as a member here on cB. However, I never supported you for admin ever from the start when Suz died out. Everyone was calling for you to be admin, but I was always saying, she won't be good, no matter how nice a person she is. She's too weak, and has no BACKBONE. She's bipolar, and changes her ways like a 360. If Mona or Suz didn't like what decision she made, she turn around and pretended like she didn't make the decision and was just joking. Check the two hands sticking out emoticon. You are admin for a reason, and everyone respects your decision to make the right one. You banning me for this reason wasn't at all looked at and fair. I do admit, I deserve some kind of punishment, but why was your decision so hasty? I thought the mods talk about those kind in backstage, before making a decision. You too are too emotionally attached, and pull another Suzzette. As for the picture, It's been there before all this happened. It was before I called Josh and idiot. I had a nude picture at first, and Holly told me to remove it due to it's un PG-13. I edit the picture, making it PG-13, and in a joking way. Maybe you got the wrong idea, and were offended, then my fault.

In conclusion, my suspension was fair now. However, I hope everyone see's the powertrip that is happening. And you posting that list of all the rules I've broken, is pretty much all bs. It may be true from time to time here and there. I can quote you on many members who does the same shit I do, and break the same rules you targeted me on. But that's going in the past, like you guys did with me. But oh yeah, I'm not a snitch, never will be, because being a snitch is lower than being a troll. Tung is not on IP ban, I'm sure others figured that out. He only can see the forum as a guest until the staff as a team thinks of a good punishment and we all agree on it.

I fail to see why this quote from Steven calls for a verbal warning. He is speaking about someone who is supposedly gone, who, therefore, will possibly never read that statement *and have the chance to offended by it. I'd like to point out the fact that tons of people insulted Suzzette after the whole delete-party, but none of them were given verbal warnings.

Obviously consistency is something that has not even been looked at in the past few weeks.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with spamming. There's something wrong when you choose to give out verbal warnings when you feel it's what you're "supposed to do" and not what you think should be done. When I was a mod (yes I was a mod so listen to me now) I brought my own personal judgment into everything and if I felt someone was being a pussy about something, TOUGH SHIT for them. They could get over it. I put up with so much shit from Josh. Sure I wrongly verbally warned him, but I apologized for that and learned from it. Point is, if people get offended by me calling them a piece of shit, let them bitch about it. If they get offended by it in the first place, they can get off the fucking internet.

I'd like to point out AGAIN, that spam is debatable. Some people's responses are so lame and uninteresting, it might as well be considered spam, whereas other conversations that are unrelated to the topic can be great to read! ^_^

I don't know. When he was first modded he was like LOLVERBALWARNING BY JOSH BBQ WTF!!! It was obvious it was a joke. That seemed pretty serious (internet = serious shit guyz LOL)

Hey you learn something new everyday..I always had to make one of the letters a different size for it to work.

I think currently with the new staff and such its really hard to have consistency within the staff on who gets warning and whatever. Steven personally I think someone whether it be Josh or who ever should have given you a verbal warning when you made the topic of aestheticyou and angel3. Right now I think its best that for the staff that we all need to just come together and make a list of what people should get punished for and what the punishment would be for such actions. So everyone is on a common ground with what the rules are, because simply having the community guidelines and forum rules is just not working at this point.

I'm all for leniency, because I rather not have the staff up everyone else's ass. I like the community and the staff to be on the same terms and be happy, it eliminates the drama.

So Steven and Michelle, I agree with you guys. Steven should have been verbally warned before when he first started member bashing..not after the member is long gone and he states his opinion.

Josh won't be on all tonight and probably not tomorrow, hes busy at work trying to get this project done. (Just to let you guys know)

Spam to me is when someone is in a topic about lets say animals, and they come in there talking about their favorite color or something..and it doesn't fit with the topic at all. Also when someone is going around posting the same thing over and over..Another one is when a member is making one word posts everywhere..unless the topic calls for it (favorite color? How's the weather there?)

Steven has a very good point. You guys cannot punish people for doing the same thing you do. I don't care how much you don't like Nate, you can't act like that to him and then try to enforce rules that say you can't act like that. You're on his case all the time for purely personal reasons and then punish others for doing the SAME thing? Like, it's not even a different situation, you guys call him a piece of shit all the time. You've got to be kidding me.

I think Holly is gonna look over older Head Staff members, not the newly promoted ones. lol

Of course, out of the lower staff though I personally thought Trish and JC would be best to add to the bunch that I am looking over.

In the near future I will be promoting 1 or 2 people to the admin position if their interested. Jusun said he likes to have at least 3 admins and I don't have a problem with that.

I just said that cause several people have been like, "J.C. should be Admin!" and like...he just got modded.
