Hii. :] We would like to present you the GRAPHIC WARS along with its rules and conditions.

THIS TIMEEEEE, WE will be setting up your guilds for you. :) Thanks.

Thank you Trancie (xtrancie) for helping me put this together along with her wonderful ideas. (So if they're weird ideas, blame her :D)


This is how the war will work until further modification.
Please check this thread consistently if you plan to participate, it will be updated from time to time.

GENERAL RULES

1. After the guilds are set up, further instructions will be given when it comes to more members joining and recruition. Stay tuned. :D
2. Each guild will consist of 5 members at max.
   • Note: The number of members in each guild will change once more people participate (So if you want more people in your guild, tell peoples to join! =D)
3. No duplicate accounts to other guilds to 'spy' or something. If you violate this rule, you and all your other accounts will be dismembered from all guilds permanently.
4. Guild members and its leader MUST be active once the guild is created.

- Requirements to join a guild will depend on the guild president.

MANDATORY INSIDE GUILD RULES

- These rules must apply at all times.

1. EACH GUILD IS REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR OWN:
   • Guild President, this person will represent the guild as a whole.
   • Vice Guild Presdient, this person will help the president when in need or when in absent of the president on deadline dates.
   • Historian, this person will record all actions, submissions, complaints, and PMs that are made within the time of the war.
   • Treasury, this person will be in charge of keeping the money(points) for their guilds. Inaccurate ammount of money counted are to be taken away by the War Goddesses(Trancie and Toby). This also means that if you submit in the wrong ammount of points, you will lose ALL the point you've earned and have to start over. So be honest =)
2. Guild members have the right to impeach their president in case of irresponsibility or other unreasonable actions. (Please PM either Trancie or Toby before your guild impeach your president and tell us the reason for the impeachment)
3. In case of impeachment, the vice president shall become the Guild President, while the president will be kick out of the guild and the new vice president can be elected without the guild.
4. DO NOT MAKE THIS A DICTATORSHIP OR MONARCHY.
5. Guilds have no right to reject their guild members for race, age, or sex. But experiment level are okay =D
6. NO PMSING WHEN YOU ARE IN A GUILD. :]
7. Please keep it clean between the guilds. Let your graphics do the talking (however, please leave inappropriate content off your graphic please), not your language. =)
8. Forum rules apply at all times.
9. NO JOCKING/JACKING/PLAGIARISM
10. More Rules will be added later =)

If you're going to be the president of your own guild, you are responsible for the members in it and all their actions. If one of the member violate the rule, the WHOLE guild will face the consequences.

IOOOOnno. I was waiting to see if Trancie was gonna say anything lmfao. Nobody sent anything to me though. I can't find trancie though. >:o she never on AIM when I am.

If trancie has nothing my suggestion would be for you guys to expand the deadline. And look for more people to help with the contest. That way if two of you get really busy or we never see you , there is always one. And vice versa. :] Especially if this gets up and running.

if this is even still happening, i think you should randomly pick guilds. like...draw names out of a hat or something one everybody submits their names. but also give people the chance to say who they want to be with. like...one person. MAYBE two. i dunno...just an idea.

^ I think that's a better idea, now that you mention it. At first, I wanted it to be the way we have it set up already so that we know everyone will get along and whatnot, but seeing as how this isn't working out.. hmm.

just one quick question before i join...
how long is this going to last? because some uhh...things happened with my dad and my photoshop got deleted. i have a free trial of cs3 extended but that only lasts for so long.
and i absolutely refuse to resort to gimp or whatever it's called.
so...yeah...just curious on what i could do.

for as long as it can? >< To put it simply, this is gonna be grouping people up so they can learn from each other and have competitions with each other WHENEVER THEY LIKE without a mod setting it up or something. Free-for-all, easy, and quick 'battles' is what we're aiming for. :D Something to help the graphic community, IMO. >__<

ahaha, sorry if I didn't make it clear, but this time we're just gonna have everyone who wants to participate in this to PM me and we'll (trancie and I) put the participants in guilds ourselves and have them decide on the name, leader, etc. TOGETHER, once that is done. :)
