You can still get STDs from oral sex. Trust me, I've seen some really nasty shiznit. If it's something that you really don't know much about, go to a reliable source and get some more information... this isn't really the greatest place to reliable information.

Why in God's holy name would you have the urge to want to give a blow job, and then end up giving more pleasure to the condom than the penis?

I would hope that there's enough common sense in your head to not freely give out blow jobs and to know that your guy is free of STDs before you do anything. It just doesn't make any sense to me why you would give a blow job with a condom on, otherwise.

I took off a desentitizer condom before a girl giving me oral. er...It didn't turn out too well.

If this is an indicator of promiscuity, then I cannot see her being so prepared or cautious enough to have a condom every time to put on any guy and then sucking him off. It doesn't make sense.
