I prefer if the guy does, but if I really like him then I will let him know. I told one of my friends that I liked him (before the summer), but my feelings faded after I got to know him better. hahahaha

I am somewhat like Jeanna though. Talking > body language.

I personally don't think it should matter who makes the first move. My ex was the first to kiss me. I didn't know what to think at first. But since both partners are able to make a move it shouldn't matter who it comes from.

Personally I'd prefer to make the first move, I feel more in control, and I don't think I've ever really found a girl that makes the first move...ok well there was this one slut girl I hooked up with...but that wasn't a relationship. I'd prefer to be the one doing the action, not the one sitting around waiting to "see what happens", or doesn't happen.

Why wouldn't you make the first move? What if you really like a boy, would you still wait for him to make the first move, even you really really like him?

Nope I still wouldn't do it. I think the guy should be confident enough to make the first move shrug.gif Its just what I have grained into my head.

For me, I think it depends on the situation. I've had guys make the first move on me...those were nice. However, I made the first move on my boyfriend...and that worked out nicely too.

What if you've never talk to him before, but see each other once in awhile? Would you get to know him first or just go for the kill? If you want to get to know him, what would you do in his presence to show you want to get to know him?

if i've never talked to a guy before, but i've seen him around, i wouldn't be attracted to him. but i definitely do just approach people i see regularly and say "hey, i've seen you around" and introduce myself.

why would i try to send out subliminal messages by flipping my phone and smirking and shit? rolleyes.gif not that that's possible because my phone doesn't flip anyway... haha.

i suppose i make the first move usually because i start up conversations faster, but it's usually the guy who asks if i want to go out. if i'm impatient, then i don't ask - i TELL him to hang out with me.

If there's a mutual attraction and you can just tell, I'm usually aggressive enough to make the first move or say something about it. I don't mind it. I'm a time-saver.
