Watch this video on how Dolphins are being massacred

In the Japanese fishing village of Taiji, fishermen are rounding up and slaughtering hundreds and even thousands of dolphins right now. After driving pods of dolphins into shallow coves, the fishermen kill the dolphins, slashing their throats with knives or stabbing them with spears. Thrashing about, the dolphins take as long as six minutes to die. The water turns red with their blood and the air fills with their screams. This brutal massacre — the largest scale dolphin kill in the world goes on for six months of every year. Even more shocking, the captive dolphin industry is an accomplice to the kill.To read more go here to help! Make a donation. Don't let this happen!!!! Pass this on!

I know about that, it is wrong. But what can we do? Without violence being involved anyway.

I love how Americans are always sticking their nose in other's affairs. In Japan, this is completely acceptable. Just because we don't eat dolphins in America doesn't mean everyone cannot eat them as well.

It's just like the whole celebration of eating dogs in Korea. We eat them out of culture and heritage, but it's not like we take random dogs from streets and eat them. There's only a certain breed we raise and eat. Just like cows.

But then when we have celebrations and festivals dedicating our history and whatnot, we always have PETA members come and try to trash our crap.

Screw the dolphins. Eat them all.

-edit

oh yeah, btw. Why don't you guys start working on our slums in America? Why don't we work on our economy?

You Americans always wasting time and money on things that can wait till later. That bitch Hayden was talking about a baby dolphin? What the f**k about a baby child who gets thrown on the street in some random slum-ass neighborhood?

f**king idiots.

Do me a favor and don't speak that way. You are contradicting yourself by sticking your nose into something that has nothing to do with you. Don't like the fact that people should save the dolphines? Then fine, thats your opinion. But you don't have to be so hostile about it.
And another thing: You got room to complain about the slums and babies being thrown into the street but what are you trying to do about? Thrashing it isn't helping any. its not like we can control every crackhead mother who decides to throw their baby into the street but if there is a situation that we can help, than why not try?

This has to do with me because I am an AMERICAN. I'm also ASIAN. So I have both rights to call you f**kers out for doing stupid shit like that.

Save kids, people, economies, and refugees.

Not f**king dolphins.

I can curse whenever, and however I want to.

People know me on here for being an a-hole, and I don't care.

But I can say the same for yourself. Yes, keep avoiding my points towards your stupid idea about saving some crummy ass dolphin. Do you place a dolphin before yourself as a human being?

What a waste of life and breath.

First of all if you knew how to read my whole statement, you would see that I am concerned about the things that are happening to our society, but how much of it can we control? Tell me this: have you ever been on of those babies thrown out in the street? What kind of life did you have? Were you shelter or were you an orphan? Trust me honey I know more about the slums in our country, the deterioration of our homes and economy than you will ever know. I do my best, little by little to help. I am bringing to light another issue, but you think that saving the dolphins is all I care about, and that is not the case. Ask first, judge later.

I'm going to have to agree with Podo on this one. I mean, dolphins are cool and all in my book because they have sex cuz it feels good, but I'd rather be alive than a dolphin that's going to get caught in a net or eat a plastic bottle and die.

But no one answered my question, do I still get to import my dolphin skin gloves?

Edit: Luku, you go around telling people u know more about something than they do, and tell us to trust you. You don't know us, you f**king hypocrite.

The fact that you're even mentioning this right now at this time in society already means and shows that you're priorities are in the wrong place.

And yes, I've seen babies being abandoned, I've lived in slums, and I've seen lots and probably as much as you have, if you've lived in one.

So STFU about dolphins.

Fine than I don't, but I don't go cursing people around, and calling them f**king idiots or hypocrites. I respect you, and your opinion so do the same. Now, what makes me a hypocrite? (and no I'm not going to "STFU")

Re-read this thread.

edit: Misread, you never said concretely that we didn't know you or not to judge you or some shit like that, but it definitely gave the implication that you felt that way. If you don't feel that way, then you're a f**king ignoramus.

Now people bring up all this things about slums and the stuff happening in our society, so tell me if it bothers you guys so much, than what are you're suggestions on how we can fix it since clearly we have already gone off topic.

I have an idea.

Instead of putting all that effort into saving dolphins, put the awareness and money towards the slums.

That's a good idea.

I think the point being made is that why the f**k would you save a dolphin when you could save a human?

I have. I've served at soup kitchens, outreach programs, donated money, public speaking, pushed forward for affordable housing, etc.
Since you don't know me, I've been driving at these issues for years for my own personal reasons. So what if decided to post something about the dolphines. That doesn't mean that I have not tried to help the situation that surrounds me.
