I don't pop on as much now, but this deserves a post. Holly has been working towards this for more than a year now. I don't know anyone on staff, aside from mona, who has been on this site longer. I feel as if some of you will be jealous because Holly did become an admin in an non-traditional manor (Stafft>Head Staff>Admin). If there are any of you who are harboring jealousy and feel as if you should have been an admin, realize that the traditions set here in createblog were points of failure. They forced the staff to hire people who played a game to the top. Hiring someone outside of tradition is one of the first of many steps that will change the face of your staff in a positive way.

Holly, I love you. I know you'll become a great mod, but only time can prove this to the members of cB. Show em' what your made of sunshine.

Yea I was head staff...to keep the tradition thing going. I mean I know it was quick and all and I apologize to anyone that things its unfair and that it happened way to fast. I know I have big shoes to fill from the past but I'll try my best _smile.gif If anyone has any issues with me what so ever anyone can feel free to bring it up with me or in the mod performance thread.

I'm back. I post more on some days than others but for the most part I'm here. I don't feel all the negativity around like I used to. :]

I think Sandra as a mod is bad for the community. She doesn't pay attention to other moderating comments made in a thread, and proceeds to close when she deems it close-worthy. She exercises poor judgment. Isn't this site supposed to be for the majority, not for the mods? Aren't they supposed to help the community? I think it was very apparent that the majority of people who had an opinion on that one lovely thread wanted it open, and also shared the same feeling that it wasn't hurting them. You want your comments in mod performance Sandraaa, well here they are :)

Please explain to me how doing something that goes against the majority of the community is beneficial to the site.
