He wants to hang out, just friends

He wants to hang out with me but I am a really boring person. I enjoy being alone rather than hanging out with people. Weird, I know.
He really likes the outdoors and I hate it. One time we hung out we walked around a humid, mosquito infested "park" but with forests and no swings, slides, etc.
With the weather becoming cold there isn't much to do [or that comes to mind] being stuck inside. So last time we just watched a movie.

I'm a loser like this. lol.
What can I do with my platonic guy friend inside?
Can't go shopping or anything girly obviously.

Moved to Relationships.

He should be flattered if you ask him to play. There's really nothing enjoyable you can do together? If it were snowing, I'd tell you to suck it up and make a snowman together. tongue.gif

oh durr i forgot i was still in girl's locker. ha.

i suck at social interaction 101. especially if i got a little crush on him. i sound like i'm 15, lame.
Haha this is so bad I can't think of something to do with my own friend. he is normally busy with work so he comes online late and then leaves for sleep. so not much time to physically hang out.

alright, i'll think about asking him about his music. he has a little experimental band. just don't want to put him on the spot. i dont play music so i dont know if people get sick of asking

idk. there was a board game on his table and we were thinking what we could do and that didnt even cross his mind even though i was looking at it lol. he's almost 19

in his mind he is not a kid, ever. so i doubt he would play games. he does like frisbee though, but that would have to go outside.

i'll just have sex with him. that'll pass some time. haha, jk..

haha to say the least ermm.gif
he doesn't play video games. i didn't see any consoles in his house.
lol, he knows i like him so he get all weird/nervous before watching a movie. i told him before he doesn't have to worry, i'm not going to jump his bones.

his interest section on myspace:
"I love to play guitar. Right now I play a Schecter Gryphon with seymor duncan humbuckers, and has the "coil tapping", Mesa/boogie 4-12"s with a Randall 200 watt head, digitech metal master and rp250 effects pedals. My acoustic is an Epiphone pr-100 classic.
Art, music in general, disc golf,
SWIMMING,bad minton, concerts, jamming with people, mini golfing, watching movies, relaxing
"

no fricken clue what all that stuff in the beginning is! ha.
we were friends in high school and started talking again.

oh and he smokes pot. i'm not a fan of it and he knows. so. ha

although mini golf isn't that bad, surprise him and be like were going to go play mini golf :D

I mean if he likes watching movies and relaxing then sit around and do nothing o_O I don't know, get another computer and tell him to sign up to createblog and then you guys can talk freely around the forums and share each others views and you can learn more about each other. Have a grand ole' time.

I was kidding of course mellow.gif

haha laugh.gif

after thinking about everything, i don't think i am going to be friends with him anymore. i mean i'm not going to ignore him or deny hanging out with him. i just wont keep on trying so hard to where i'd have to make a thread about him! lol.

we are clearly opposites and that only takes people so far. oh well... _unsure.gif

lol ever hear of "opposites attract" ? mhmmm; well this relationship/friendship thing? it's not one-sided; make an effort to do some things outside..like CHASING BUTTERFLIES in the grass.

sorry you feel the need to stop being his friend though..

yeah but to the point of not having anything to talk about?? lol. things i talk about he hates and he blabs about weird [really weird] music that i MUST listen to. we always bash heads and have gotten in a lot of fights where we dont talk for a couple months, lol. i don't think it is meant to be.

i mean, i'll be his friend but i just wont be trying so hard to make everything to work.

i would do stuff outside but it is getting cold out. i'm in wisconsin.
