And the fact that you have to test on a manual (which his family doesn't have), deal with roundabouts (people can't handle mini ones in shopping centers here), and actually drive in a city. Now, I passed my test on the first time here because I'm not an idiot, but it would be really difficult to test on a manual without having a manual.

Plus, if you'd passed in Ill. before you did in the UK, that kind of implies that you already had driven before getting there too.

What part of the UK do you live in?

In Dublin Ireland and when I was in Ely they have never asked me to use a manual.

They made me do roundabouts but my car is small enough to handle it so i went lucky there..

I live in Georgia. However, James lives near Cambridge, and that's most definitely the way it is there.

I mean, don't get me wrong, 4 times is inexcusable and he's retarded, but that's still the way it is.

Is Ely Illinois? Because no, why would they have you use a manual anywhere in the States? They're not that common here.

ROFL Speaking of accidents, my daddy got in an accident with his Porsche 911 Turbo...

SOME DUMBASS rearended him at a stoplight! The cost? $25k. YES, effing $25,000. The fender alone was $6k, and since it's a porsche, the engine's in the back! AUGH

PEOPLE NEED TO RELEARN HOW TO DRIVE.

Edit - So sad, in my college parking lot, someone did a hit and run at an Audi. The bumber was SOOO bent out.
