Ive noticed that there is a lot of topics about pregnancy lately.

If you used a condom and birth control, you probably arent pregant.
Your period may be late because your stressed out about it.

And heres a thing that may be too logical. And Im not trying to sound like your mom, but..
Dont have sex.Or get even close to sex if you arent fully ready to have a child.

Calm your horny selfs down.

Hahaa... we should have like a special pinned topic for her... "PRE-TEEN FAQ"

Anyways, thanks. It would be awesome if you made this more factual, b/c then it would be very helpful and I would probably pin it ^_^ If you can list out more like facts / possible experiences or whatever, I think this would become a good thread.

AMEN SISTA! haha.
no seriously everyone, if you can't face the consequences of sex, DON"T DO IT!!!
duh. i swear girls are giving it away younger and younger and it's scary. i wonder how young it's gonna be before my child wants to have sex...hell at this point prolly like 12...
it's scary!
GIRLS: don't do it so your boyfriends will "love you". puh-lease. if he loved you he wouldn't make you have sex with him nor pressure you to. i once had a boyfriend i though loved me but when he started asking for sex when i knew i wasn't ready, and he wouldn't stop, i walked out on his ass. DON'T BE DUMB SLUTS! be smart. what if you did get pregnant??? abortion is a serious medical procedure and it will change your life forever. if you adopt you still have to be pregnant. what about school? your friends? will the guy stay with you? think about it girls. your first time will come on it's own time, don't rush it. you have your whole life to get heartbroken...why start now?

forgive me if i cross the line with this, mods.... you barely know me, and i don't really know any of the posters here, but... i can't bite my tongue on this. with the spur of "omg pregnant" posts that have popped up, this needs to be said.

if you're 15, 16, even 17 years old and having sex with your "special guy", then approach your parent(s) and ask *preferably* mom about getting on the pill.
seriously.

i say talk to your mom, because.. well, dads will freak out waaaay more than mom will. (in most general situations)

but if you can't come to your mother and say "mom... johnny and i are having sex / talking about having sex / thinking about having sex / planning on having sex, and i'd like to be surely protected... can we go to the clinic so i can get the pill"....
how in the world are you going to approach them with the P-bomb if it happens?

your parents may freak out when you tell them, pretty blatantly that you are indeed, if not already, going to be having sex, but... don't you think they'd freak out MORE if you approach them with "i'm pregnant"?

Great advice thumbsup.gif I agree.... having your parents', er, semi-support is good because it's so much safer in the long-run.

my school hands out the birth control pill without parental consent [i mean for anonymous purposes] they gave the consent form to us to give to our parents but i quietly threw it away so should wouldn't sign it [meaning if she did, i couldn't have gotten the pill unless SHE KNEW]

LMAO

yeah, nobody gives a shit about what someone on createblog tells them to do as far as this is concerned. i don't think very many people are ever going to go ask their parents about shit like this, and that's just how it is, how it's been, and how it will always be. the majority of kids aren't close enough to honestly do this with their parents

That's what she's saying, though. If you seriously can't talk to them now about having safe sex, there's NO WAY you can actually approach them and tell them you f**ked up and got pregnant. Anyway, her advice is among the best I've heard on this subject; however, it most likely wouldn't sink in even if it WAS from someone they knew well and respected. Why? Because kids are smart enough to realize what would happen IF they got caught; they just aren't smart enough to realize that it might actually happen.
