SO.. I was at my friend's house and her cat had to be taken to the vet 'cause it was crazy. When they went on vacation, they had a catsitter watch the cat for a week. Out of nowhere, when the catsitter turned off the TV, the cat went all crazy and attacked her and scratched and bit her, chasing her into the pantry. She's on antibiotics now btw.
So they took the cat to the vet yesterday and they had to spend $150 on medications and the visit. The medications only last one month, so they have to buy more when they run out. The visit itself was $50, so they have to pay $100 for medications so that the cat can be sane. Otherwise, they'd have to put the cat to sleep 'cause of it's craziness. would you rather pay a lot of money to keep a pet alive, or just put it to sleep? |

I absolutely adore kitties (as few of you may know) It would be extremely sad for a kitty or any pet in general to suffer. If its that bad then yes...but if its like something thats not too crazy like...I don't know! Never had a pet but you get what I mean. Last resort only. |

My dad payed $600.00 to try and keep my cat alive, died the next day.
But it really depends if the cat was in pain I would put it asleep if not then yeah I might pay. |
