Well Umm sorta the day they hired the new mods, Even though I didnt get hired it was still funn waiting till that moment where they posted it!

Those are ALWAYS really exciting. I remember the moment when my group of staff members was announced. I was trying really hard not to keep refreshing the page, and eventually Kiera said it was going to be announced soon (She was People Staff then!!).. So then I looked in announcements, saw the topic, and then immediately went to look backstage. xDD That was the first hiring session I was around for. The others since then have all been equally exciting - it's always fun to be part of the deliberations and watch everyone freak out with excitement waiting for the announcement. Hiring sessions usually tend to bring about a small burst of activity, too.

When I saw the thread in Announcements (actually, I had already known before that, because My Assistant gave me a preview of my congratulatory PM from Arjuna xD) it took me quite a while to find Backstage. :/That was the first hiring session I was around for.
