My favorite book character(s): George, I always liked him more than Fred, not entirely sure why though. I also like Luna just because she's Luna.

Wow. I waited 10 years for that!

but I'd say she kinda sold out in the end...kinda like a happily ever after thing.

EW!

I just never liked Snape anyways... Although I do feel an overwhelming pity for him. His life was pretty much a miserable existence.
MY FAVORITE CHARACTER: Hermione
MY FAVORITE MOVIE CHARACTER: Luna

SAAAAME OMG THEY ARE THE BEST! I looooove Hermione!

^ She cried ALOT in the last book. She was on her period like the whole time.

Don't flame me, I know why, I'm just saying.

I love when Ron comes back again and she's screaming at him hahaha.

^ Shit, if I had to go through what she and Ron/Harry did, I'd cry all the time too.

I'm sure Rose and Hugo have some sort of significance to J.K. Rowling's personal life, not necessarily to any characters in the book, or have any special meanings.

I think I'm alone on this, but I thought the epilogue was fine. A little fanfiction-y, yes, but I was fine with it.

I must say although I thought the epilogue was crap, it left me satisfied. Like, it was good enough closure for me.

I really liked most of the book, but the ending left much to be desired.
I think it would have been a lot better without the epilogue...

Oh, for real. The epilogue was like badly written fanfiction.

And... about the naming of H&G's children:

QUOTE
Harry: I want to name out first child in honor of my father!
Ginny: That'd be great
Harry: And the second for Snape and Dumbledore, my favorite teachers.
Ginny: Sounds good....though maybe....
Harry: And out daughter after my Mom
Ginny: Honey, could we think about maybe naming one after Fred or.....?
Harry: Bitch, go make me some magic dinner!

from the CU facebook group. lol @ that.

Who thinks we can find the epilogue on HarryPotterFanfiction.com ?

>_> It surprised me mostly that Rowling would degrade her writing to such nonsense.

^ No, not really, I was really touched by that actually. Well, not touched. Just slightly amused, felt like his years at the Dursleys' didn't totally go to waste. Harry did save his life, after all, and Dudley knows that, despite being the dumbass he is.

LOL. I was thinking of that exactly! Harry is sort of a...name-hogger, isn't he? What an ass.

Naw. He saw himself as he really was when the dementors were upon him and wanted to change, or at least, wanted to show Harry his true side. I don't think Dudley was ever really bad, I think it was the way his parents raised him. They raised him to think he was better than Harry, and to be spoiled.

He grew up and took that "I'm better than..." bully mentality to school and used it there too. I don't think he ever really liked himself.

Bullying is learned, you can't be born with that sort of attitude.

Me: Awwww. I wish Harry would kick that slut Ginny to the curb and go out with Luna instead.

Hahahaha!! I love this!

And he/she really does point out all the loop holes, even though he/she forgot to inclue the part where Ron and Hermione kiss.

Haha that 'Harry/Ginny' convo is too funny. XD.gif

And yeah, although the epilogue was sappy and stuff, it did give some closure...but definitely not completely. As for favourite characters...gah, its too hard. I love so many of them. pinch.gif

^ I love how you always ask obvious questions.

If you read my post, and even then, if you read the comments after the parody, or even *gasp* if you even read the actual parody itself you would probably be able to safely deduce that no, he did not add the Ron/Hemione kiss.

But I forgive you because you are nice. :D

Hey, question.

Shouldn't Teddy Lupin be, like, 19 by the epilogue? Since it's "nineteen years later" and all?

So why the hell is he still in Hogwarts? Am I missing something or is it one of JKR's stupid mistakes?

^ If only she had actually explained stuff in the book instead of assuming we would all get it right away.

She wrote this book for her fans, not for the book itself.

Lame.

I don't know if she really wanted fans to nit pick and figure things out for themselves. It's a conspiracy! No really, it would be (and is) really good business to leave much stuff out and have fans buy an encyclopedia!
