Hey guys, I just finished a new layout for my site...
I was just wondering what you might think of it. Here it is: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...iendid=47944023 I havn't made many divs before, so this one was probably one of the larger ones I've done. What'dya think? |

I think it looks shit hot, very elegant looking.
The vertical scroll bars divert attention from the overall look of the layout and are pretty unwanted in my opinion. The "updates" scroll bit at the bottom doesn't have a scroll bar. The "Me" link is hard to recognise as a link and could be more defined as could the comment area, maybe very simple rollovers for links. I'm loving the tiny home button in the corner and that should stay right up in the corner I think, but you should center the profile. I really like how the design travels across the differant box sections and it would be cool to see the design raise slightly as it goes over a box? I'm quite inspired by this, great job I think. |

i think it had potential to be a great layout, but the combination of the curly fonts and the curly designs, all in black and white, is overwhelming.

Rollovers! Why didn't I think of that! Hahaha thanks. :) |

using a lower opacity dropshadow, getting rid of the locks/keys, and making the giant swirl under the text boxes smaller would be better. also, the outerglow you have on the cursive text "The world is over..." shouldn't be yellow. it has a lot of potential, though, nice.
& like xTHExDUDEx said, rollovers would be excellent. |

I actually like the whole thing, especially the floral brushes. It looks really good! The colors are nice too.

Thanks for the input, guys.
I dunno though, I really like the font I used. I like all the crazy flow-e-ness of it. As for rollovers, that's definitley something I'll add to it when I've got time. Haha and I didn't even reallize the glow on "The world is over..." text was yellow. I dunno how that happend, thanks for pointing that out. |

I really like what you were going for, I do. But why is the content so small? I mean, why are all the layout sites suddenly using tiny fonts such as 8pt century gothic and 5pt small fonts? Its really hard to read. The content, I dont know, feels limited.
And yeah, you should lower the drop shadow opacity. Its a bit hard. |

Wow theres a lot of content boxes. In this layout, the set up looks really good but seems crowded. I'm not a fan of many scrollbars. -.-" Overuse of the drop shadow on almost every text looks weird.
Other then that, I like the the background swirly things. lolz. |
