Ha ha, this is like a question you should ask when getting into a relationship.

"Would I have him/her tatted on my body?"

If I was into tats... I'd have at most, the name of my next of kin.

Definitely wouldn't be some girlfriend... screw that noise. Gotta be married at least 10 years before I mark my body to prove something I really don't have to prove with a tat.

I don't think its bad luck, its just not a good idea unless you know for sure you got them on a lock down.

congratulations! while i don't believe in being a young mom, i hope you, your boyfriend, and your baby the best of luck. it's definitely going to get rocky. you'll definitely meet a lot of people who don't approve. and even if you think you're fine financially, you'll definitely run into problems: a kid cost a minimum of $10,000 - that's the basic care.

since you're going to be a mommy, tattoos shouldn't be your first priority. once the pregnancy is over and the everything settles down, you can think of a tattoo for you and your boyfriend.

Matching tattoos (that don't look like they are meant to be some sort of relationship thing). Don't be stuck with something you'll regret when you two break-up.

Let me find the cutest couple tattoo I've seen...

See? It's not obvious that they are for each other, but they're still similar. (These two are married, btw)

I agree, you might regret it when something wrong happens. Like breaking up, now you're stuck with it.

If you must get a tattoo, you should get matching tattoos, like a simple heart or a dove or something, just in case. I don't mean to imply that you're going to break up, but imagine if you did and you had his name on your pelvic area. Everytime you and your new partner got intimate, he'd have to see some other guy's name.

Do I think it's bad luck to get your significant other's name tattooed on your body? Not necessarily. It's just a bad choice, period.

Its not bad luck, it depends on how you look at it, if you beleive it's bad luck then most likely it's going to be bad luck.

Like a lot of people said, it isnt really "bad luck" but it is definitely stupid.
I know a guy who was engaged to his g/f of like 2-3 years, he went and got a tattoo of her name and 6 weeks later she broke up with him. heh....

But yeah, just wait until you guys are actually married or something. Or like Michelle said, get matching tattoos. I think that is cute, and if you guys ever broke up, you wont ever regret getting his name tattooed on you.

.. whoa, what? you're seriously preggo already? mellow.gif whhhhhhhhhaaaaaa????????????????????????

okay. haha. too much question marks.

My aunt dated her ex for 8 years I think, and they broke up... rofl. Like they dated since they were 15 or 16. Yea. :[ wouldnt be so sure about that tattoo as the last 2304820349234 replies have said.. haha. Maybe matching tattoos that don't seem like they're meant to be, like Michelle suggested. btw, THAT IS ADOOOOORABLE (the pic that she posted)
