I used to think like that alot. As i got older my opinon changed. I know there is always someone that is going to like me. Sometimes with the guys I make the first move. Like, with my ex we were talking about first impressions. he was telling me that he thought he wouldnt have a chance with me so he never said or did anything...

I used to be like that...and I still don't see how people could like me. Unfortunatly they do & it confuses the hell out of me, because I have a boyfriend who, for some reason, is totally in love with me...I think he just needs someone to latch on to for support because of the way his life is. And then there's my ex...who I went out with for a while after breaking up with my current bf then broke up with to go out with my current bf again...confusing/weird/kindawrong, I know. agh I still like them both...a lot. & it drives me crazy because I know they both like me. I don't see why they like me...it would be so much easier if they didn't. Sometimes I kinda want to be single...it's fun flirting & meeting new guys. I'm young, right? Only 15, shouldn't be in a serious relationship...makes me feel trapped almost.

Anyone want a morale boost?
I'll be 19 in just a few weeks, and I've yet to have a girlfriend, period. I've never gotten to any of these "proverbial bases", made out, or even held hands with a girl. I think it's pretty sad, but I kind of blame my own shallowness and unrealistic standards, anyway. I'm not looking for a dream-model that cooks and cleans... just a girl with good lucks and substance. Shouldn't be that hard to encounter, right? And all the ones that I do stumble across are already taken... so I get to chalk another one up for "The Friends" roster. Patience is a virtue. And usually I'm busy enough to not care. But there are days where I definitely feel like I'll never meet her. Just have to keep faith and tell yourself you're not an entire screw-up, you know? Oh, and I'm crazy soft-spoken around strangers. May have something to do with it. |
