Well tomorrow is my mom & dad's anniversary. I totally forgot about it until today when she told me. I feel really bad now, and I want to give them a.. good gift. I don't have the money to buy something super expensive. But then again, I don't want to buy them something really cheap either. They don't really like sweet stuff & candy. I can't bake even if I tried. I already made a card, but I want to buy them a gift.

Any ideas? (Besides clothes, perfume, or anything that could be bought at the mall) =/

More money doesnt mean better gift.

Make gift with meanings.

Make them a poster of a family pictures. collage. draw lotsssss of picture w/ it. Reveal memories when you were a litte girl. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES that reveals each other's past.

Maybe buy a nice picture frame... you know, the kind that holds a bunch of them... kinda like a collage. And then fill it full of pictures! _smile.gif

Walmart has really nice, inexpensive frames. I'm sure you could find a really nice one for between $10 - $15.

Maybe let them go out by themselves for dinner, and do the chores for the day?

Which anniversary is it? You can look up that chart online (like the first anniversary is paper and so on) and ... be simple and creative.

Get a sibling in on the act if you have one.
Then prepare breakfast in bed.
Make their bed for them, after.
Offer to give massages... or send them out for one, if you have the $.
Wash the dishes, clean the house, do the chores, etc. Be an absolute angel so that they can enjoy their day!

Most importantly, remember: You can make a gift that's even more touching without spending $$. :) Collages are good for anybody to make. Create a song for them if you're musical. Paint a picture of them if you're artistic.

Agree^. You could always try doing the chores for the day.
