so my thigh is big and my cavles are skinny.how do i make my thighs skinny? will working on the gazel work?please no fashion tips to hide

I have the exact same problem. I dont actually know what the gazel is but lunges and squats and this thing i do called the scissors...where you lay on the floor on your side and lift your leg up and down over and over again...it works well. Running and walking of course help too.

If you're talking about excess fat v.s being naturally 'buffer' and more muscly(sp??), running will definitely help tone your legs. :)

I have the same problem but nothing ever seems to happen....also i usually end up giving up on the exercise because i get bored. Does anyone know any diifferent things i could do to help lose the fat?? _smile.gif

Well the excersize I was talking about up there..the "scissors" is easy to do while you are watching tv or something...it helps keep the boredom away and you feel like you are being lazy but you arent...and it really improved my legs a lot.
