I joined but stopped visiting by removing it from my Bookmarks Toolbar. Yes, I'm that lazy. :P I don't need another internet addiction; I already have so many. :(

It's a great way to learn little tid-bits of information (and help others too), even though it's no more reliable than Wikipedia, IMO.

omg i like that so much better than the regular search!
it's because..the people are like.. real life people.. and they talk about their personal experiences and stuff to help us

not an addiction though.

'Scuse my ignorance, but exactly how does this work?

Do i just literally type in my question, and is it supposed to search it up and actually pop out the answer? Doesn't seem like it's working like that..

You ask a question, and people on the internet answer it.

Well, not everything is actually on Wikipedia.
What if the question you want answered really isnt a factual question?
Like, what if you wanted to ask people who live in a specific city what its like living there, assuming you were wanting to relocate there? With Yahoo Answers, people who actually live there would be able to give you advice. Wikipedia wouldnt work for that. _smile.gif

Well..not really. They're like two different things. Like comparing..apples and oranges. Wiki is about a subject. Y! Answers is about a specific question, like what Kimmy said.

It's pretty useful sometimes.
