I don't think it is. Some people wait till they get married but as long as your using a condom
so you don't get prego. Go for it.

i had sex when i was 15 [almost a year ago] and i'm still with him..i knew that i was in love with him and that i will be for the rest of my life. it all depends..

hm, personally i don't think it's a good idea.
the condom can break. and you should wait until you're REALLY in love. you never know what could happen, and you should be safe just incase. anyway, you're 14. it's not like you're going to be marrying him. i woulda saved my viriginity if i were you for the person i was going to be with for the rest of my life.

I think sex is very much overrated. The entire concept of "wait until it means something" is flawed. It means something to her now, even if she isn't in love, and I say do what you want.

Even moreso, she proved that she is responsible with sex, always using protection. The reason why teenagers aren't wanted to have sex is because they don't always understand the consequences, but obviously, she does.

It's not wrong to have sex when you're 14. It's just preferable that you wait till you're a bit older, maybe 16+.

Personally I think that you shouldn't have sex unless it's with someone you truly care about and loves you back, but it's your life. As long as you're using protection, go ahead.

in my view, i always thought that people around 13 - 15 were too young to have sex. i still believe that actually, because you are young, you're still a kid. & everyone says "i love you" i dont believe we can know what love is yet because we're barely experiencing new feelings. just as long as you did it without peer pressure or because he forced you, i guess its okay. & its good that you're using protection! it makes you seem like a responsible person. so if youre okay with it, dont sweat it. :]

I think that fourteen is too young, you have a lot of growing up to do in just the next couple of years. I know nothing about you or if you're wise beyond your years, but I'm glad you're using protection.

Although ages give the first impression, I'm not sure if it always matters. The idea of sex kind of matters on your maturity and the way you define 'love' in relation to another person. If you understand all that then I don't see what's wrong with it.

I'm into abstinence, so I say it's wrong. A lot of change can happen between age fourteen and post-college, especially in your priorities. I'm fifteen and happily taken with my boyfriend who's a year older, but I've chosen not to have sex with him because I can't handle the possible consequences alone. Who knows, maybe he'll be one of the guys who actually do follow through with whatever happens, but I'm not taking that chance.

In high school, admittedly, he's one of my priorities, along with God and grades and perhaps a billion other things. I depend on him for a lot, but when we go to college, what we depend on changes. He's not going to have his dad there for him, and when I go to college I won't have my parents to pay for the possible consequences of premarital sex.

You could get an STD or pregnant or if you two break up, you'll lose your reputation as well.

I think its wrong. You asked for our personally opinions...so Im going to tell you exactly what you dont want to hear but what I strongly believe. I dont like it...at all. Its horrible. I dont care if you think you are in love or not I dont even care if you sincerely are in love or not. Sex is meant to be such a beautiful, mature, long lasting, bonding, and meaningful thing...not something that comes and goes and that you share with multiple people through out your life time.

Honestly, I do think it's wrong for a 14 year old to be having sex. I think people should wait until they're atleast indepedent & financially stable. Also, the fact that you don't even know what true love is just makes it that much worse.

So what if you feel you should be having it? What are you going to do if you get pregnant? He could easily dump you. If you had a baby, you wouldn't have anything to support yourself at 14. I doubt your parents would be willing to take care of all that.

Think about the consequences before you do something like that.

I'm not going to tell you if its right or wrong because I myself had sex when I was around your age. I regret it though because he was only after me for one thing and I was to blind to see it. If your confident that he likes you for you and not what your handing out I dont think theres any problem with it.

it's not exactly wrong, but the concepts and morals that go into it make it seem so.
