Jeffrey has influenced me a lot (magicfann) mostly because I know him IRL, but he's still influencing me although I don't see him anymore. sad.gif I'd be a lot less weird if I hadn't met him.

It's sad, a lot of the people I love/admire have influenced me, I'm sure, but I can't really think of any standouts.

Okay so here's my notso-superinfluence.

Kevin - Has rotted my brain, but he's pretty good to talk to.
Mike - Thanks for starting the whole Kangsta thing over Skype. mad.gif
Sandy - She's brought up my confidence in a weird way. I don't know how, though.

You know what. Not a lot of people influence my life.

Not very long I suppose. I type pretty fast...so a bit less than 7 minutes?

Hm, no one particularly. Considering I'm not really close with anyone on this board nor do I talk to them on a daily basis.

Except, Jen (jennypie).

Jordi (Kurd Jam): He taught me to look at life in a different way and just slow down every once in a while. He's so realistic in his outlook and always encourages me to do what I love, but he's also taught me to be patient, since I'm not going to get everything I want just like that. I'm not as wide-eyed and dreamy anymore, since he's made me more realistic. He's also introduced me to superdupercool music. ;D

I'll try this out.

As far as influences go... uhh....

Jordan (Jordan_Inc)
Tran (Don't remember her username xD)

They kinda helped me refurbish my love for music. Especially Jordan, back when I first came to cB in the chat it was just us and we always had freestyle battles against eachother. Hip hop and my music drive was kinda dying out on me and they kept it goin.

DAMN it's 12:09 AM and I just got done with homework but I'm here on cB making an effort to write about all of you. BAHAH. (: I love this topic, sallyfob.

Hm so influences? Sounds like fun.

Naomi (Nana)- This girl is my savior in life. She has taught me so much, it's difficult to explain in one paragraph. She's taught me that it's okay to be weak and vulnerable. It's okay to let it all out sometimes, to have shit happening. We are two peas in a pod, Hachi and Nana. (: Sorry, I know I'm being so damned corny, but man. Our personalities are a lot alike and we know it. :D People probably think it's strange because we have a fairly big age gap..but in this case, it doesn't matter. Teheh. I throb.gif my Nana! Plus, she's hilarious and cracks me up with her little anime/drama obessions.

Sally- We are like FOB sisters!! victory.gif Naw, jk...sorta. Sally's a cutie. She's smart and really sweet actually. She's taught me that it's okay to be a nerd but be cool at the same time HAHAH. Sally makes fun of me a lot but I guess it's forgivable because I do the same. We relate to a lot of things cause we're both Taiwanese girls..which means we're crazy bitches. LOL jk. But it's always fun talking to her and being silly with her (: She cracks me up with her jokes and little spamfests and such. Though it seems like me and her only joke around, we do have random moments where we can open up to each other and tell each other what we're thinking. I think that's what keeps our friendship/trust leveled and what makes it a true friendship. I think Sally's one of the few I would be friends with IRL...so I look forward to meeting up with her sometime soon....seriously. hug.gif

Dustin- Yeah, he definitely does not come here anymore but he's one of my favorite people ever. He's one of the cutest and sweetest guys I've ever known! He's like a big brother to me...always looking out for me and stuff. For some reason whenever I feel like shit he just randomly IM's me and cheers me up without even knowing that I felt like shit in the first place. Hopefully someday I'll meet up with this kid. (: We'll rule Taiwan together eh? Squirtle > Pikachu but I guess it is Squirtle & Pikachu forevaaaa.

Phillip- Sally and Kevin always accuse us of being a couple, wtf? Haha. But yeah, Phillip is one of my good friends from cB. Though he's a stubborn and cocky a-hole, he can be sweet sometimes. Hahah. I always freakin argue with this kid and then he ends up calling me 'ya tou', wtf? But I like arguing with people (haha) and I think that's what keeps our friendship going. At random times he'll open up which is nice because that's how I know he trusts me. But yeah he's fun to talk to and watch dramas with. (: He's also one of those kids where I'd be friends with IRL because he's just a fun guy. He's taught me not to take shit from others and that I probably need to get a better webcam _smile.gif

Jerome- He's one of the sweetest guys on cB. _smile.gif Though it seems like he's an a-hole now, he's totally the opposite hahah. He's a DL, if ya know what I mean wink.gif He's really fun to joke around with and to have fun. He doesn't get enough credit for how much of a great person he is, though. Whenever I'm in a shitty mood, he puts a smile on my face (: I've talked to him about some stuff but I bet he doesn't remember haha. But yeah he's influenced me a lot and reminds me that I should only be nice to the people that deserve it.

Kevin- I dunno if he considers our friendship anything, really. He probably thinks I only talk to him now because I want to find hot guys in California (haha) but that's really not the case. But I really do consider our friendship one of the greatest ones I have from cb (hence the reason why I'm putting you on here, Kevin). I enjoy talking to him because he's just fun to talk to and can put a smile on your face whenever you're down. Kevin and I used to talk a lot and I'm glad he trusted me with a couple of matters. Though it seems like he can be a cold guy sometimes, he's a truly nice person. I'm serious about that one! He probably comes off laconic but that's his personality. But anyway, yeah. He's quite well-rounded and I do miss talking to him. I hope he gets what he wants in life because he deserves it.

Sandy- Ahhh, lover! throb.gif I've known her for quite a while and probably has one of the biggest influences that I've had from cB. She's Aunty Sandy, damnit! Whenever you need advice, you go to her. She's really taught me that I need to stop taking shit from others and not care what others think. There were times where I really felt like I was hated, and she taught me not to even think twice about it. Her perspectives on things are pretty interesting and I can always understand where she's coming from. She's overall a good person and I lavaaa her. (:

K1mmycakes- She doesn't come on here a lot anymore, but I respect her a lot. She has always been very open and sweet to me, and she trusts me just as much as I trust her. Sometimes she says things that blows my mind. She's so mature for a person her age and deserves so much more than she has. A lot of things she says catch me off-guard, sometimes I never know what to say. It makes me feel bad but I know she knows I don't mean anything bad by it. She's influenced me a lot and has taught me that maybe I'm not the only one in this world who goes through a lot of crap. I only wish the best for her. throb.gif

Tinacake- She's such a sweet girl. I remember when she first came to cB. Hahah (: She's very mature for her age, but I'm sure everyone knows this. Though sometimes I feel like being too mature can be dangerous. I feel like sometimes you gotta just live your life as a kid while you still can. XD Though this girl is super smart and I know she'll make it big later on in life. Sweet and sour!!...apples. <3

Scotty- I don't talk to this guy too often and I know for sure that he doesn't come on createblog anymore. But he's taught me to be forgiving..he probably has no idea what I'm talking about. But anyway, he's also taught me not to forget about people that you care about. It's a good lesson to learn. (:

Gigi- This girl is SO cute. :x Seriously, I have a lot of respect for her. She has her own opinion and does not back down, no matter what. I really wish I could be like her- having confidence and whatnot. She's also very sweet and is into Asian music, like me. shifty.gif I love Gigi. :D

CHRISTINA, Kiera, Mona, Steph, Kara, Toya, Katie, Suzzette, and more...my staff girls. (: I miss you guys. I have tons of respect for you all and I know you all will go far. throb.gif You guys influenced me a lot when I was still a mod and taught me to not take bullshit, to have fun and be serious at the same time, etc. I haven't forgotten any of you if that's what you think. I would never ever forget you guys. :O

I feel like I'm forgetting somebody but I know I'll think of him/her soon.

Nick (waccoon): He was my first really close friend from here. We all know how that turned out, haha. But no, really, I remember when we used to talk for 10+ hours a day, whether it be via AIM or phone. After those daily conversations ended, I was mean as SHIT (you all know). Haha, yeah, well, blame him. innocent.gif

Justin (CrackedRearView): He is still, to this day, my best friend, and I've grown up so much with him, changed for the better because I've learned from him. It's because of him that I've learned to be more understanding and patient. He makes me happy. He makes me strive to be a better person.

Brandon (BrandonSaunders): He believed in me--no, he still does--which is something that not even my own parents do. We don't talk anymore, but regardless, he was the light at the end of the tunnel during tough times, and I'll always be thankful for that.

James (I Shot JFK): I know I've definitely picked up vocabulary from this witty kid, and I'd also undoubtedly get more sleep if he didn't pop online at four in the morning here. I can (and do) tell him anything on my mind and he's an awesome friend. Without him, I would probably be more wound up--after all, he gets worked up for me. XD

Nicki - Is my best friend and, I hope always will be. To list the ways she has influenced me would take more time than I can ever spare.

Anna - Lol. In the last few months, we've got close, and that's been one of the best things which has come out of all my time on cB. She's there to talk, and vice versa. Can't say enough good things.

Ther are some more, but they're more specific than I can be bothered to think through right now. I'll update

Arjuna - My mentor! I remember during my first couple weeks, I think I ended up PMing him like every other day for clarification and help and assurance that eventually I'll get the hang of it. Thankfully, his patience paid off. I'm more confident now, but I know there's him and a whole lot of others that I can ask for advice and opinions.

Rebecca - She's all-around. Nice most of the time, but when it's time to open a can of whoop-ass, she can do that job. (YES! I have always wanted to use that phrase.)

Anna - She's kind of proven that her kind of intelligence can be achieved at my age. I kind of see the whole onion metaphor with her (please don't kill me, Anna oro.gif). At every turn, she surprises me, there's a lot that she's done that's unexpected.

LB & Mona - Two very different girls, but I see them pretty similarly. Both extremely approachable and conversational. They make me feel a lot more in tune with the community and comfortable enough to reach out to others and maybe get to know some others better.

Kristina
- She taught me the word farkle and made me a super freaking awesome avatar! What more can I say? :D

Other mods - I love getting to know each and every one of them. By means of Backstage, I get to sort of know people I otherwise probably would've never spoken to. IRL, we all generally associate with similar people. But Backstage, you're forced to a place with such a variety of people, it's refreshing.

I just feel like making a quick, no explanation list right now...maybe if I feel like it later I'll make it more descriptive but as for influences...hm.

Rachel, James, Anna, Seon Ho, Katie, Julia, Naomi, Gigi, Christina...I think there's more but those are off the top of my head. _smile.gif

Yen: She's helped me through some rough times and I really love her for that. She's taught me many things and is really really interesting to listen to. XD.gif

Monica: She's so cute. XD.gif We don't talk as much anymore, but her cuteness always finds a way to make my day brighter. ILY. throb.gif

Julia, Naomi: The reason why I'm putting these two together is because even though they may be different, they are also so similar. They've taught me so much and I've known both of them ever since I started becoming active here. Sweet and sour.. apples! XD.gif

Jose: He's made me realize some things about myself that I really didn't like to admit. He can also read my mind. Really. (Or maybe he's just hiding in my closet. Who knows. rolleyes.gif) He's done a lot of cheering up, and I love him for doing so.

I'd also like to thank everyone that was in the chatroom back when I was a wee n00b. If it wasn't for you guys, I would still be typing Lyke thiz. cry.gif cry.gif

Really, a lot of you have influenced me in one way or another, but these are just the few that stood out the most.

Holly - You introduced me to cB, but you have been one of the best things that have ever happened to me. You encourge me to do so much. You encourage me to be the best that I can be. You indirectly taught me how to type, encouraged me to find a new job, and helped me face my biggest fears. You have seen me at my best and worst. You continue to love me just the same... I love you. Sence I have known you I have gone from being a 19 year old kid without a license to a 20 year-old with a salary... I hope you never loose sight of how much I apprciate you. You encouraged me to be somebody.

Jake - You are a depressing muther f**ker, but I still love you just the same. You have been my friend sence 4th grade. I hope you have fun in the NAVY... erf... Airforce.

Jeremy - You are the most annoying son of a bitch I have ever met in my life. You are an athiest, and I am a Christian. We disagree on just about every level, but somehow neither of us hate each other. I respect you for sticking up for yourself. You have taught me to be open minded. I only hope that all the driving I force upon you will force you to purchase a car.

Cat - Your very ineresting. How have you influenced me. You have given me some of the greatest relationship advice ever. Don't ever listen to the bastards on this web site who say you are closed minded. Everyone on this site has a perpose. Continue to believe whatever the hell you believe, and don't listen to the a-holes that call you names. just don't touch me.

James - I'm going to be honest with you. You have taught me to not care about what anyone thinks. You have taught me to speak my mind without holding back. You have taught me to rebel. You have also taught me that many of cB's members care way to much about this website. Many of the members on this site care way to much about what is beng said. You have influenced me into becoming cB's biggest jerk. I love you for this. With people like you, this site is fun. Without people like you... I would just be nice to everyone.

Suzzette - I'm sure you can be a very loving person. At first you were that way towards me, but to get on your nervs, and test you I made a topic about racism. Well, you fliped out. You taught me that many of the members on this site care more about feelings that the truth. How so? Well, when you became angry, many sided with you just because you were upset, but when I wrote that essay explaining the logic behind what I siad... many membrs changed their opinions... You have influced me to educate myself on the subject of racism.

I'll add more...

Sweetheart, I mean this in the nicest possible way, but grammar

And Josh, if I've taught you not to care what people think, I think it's a massively good thing, because no one ought to be worrying about others' opinions. The fact that you've chosen to act as a jerk as a result of that liberation (for lack of a better word) is just a testament to your character, I suppose. I'll take the good with the bad and consider it a job well done.

That's not to say that I haven't really appreciated some of you, because I truly have (and do still). But to say that I have been influenced in real life by folks here just wouldn't be the truth.

I think it was a job well done. ;] I agree... it's not like you weren't a jerk back in the day (Meaning: your character isn't much different than mine). You've really cleaned up your act now that you're on staff.

Hmmmm.
Id say for people who have influenced me on here id really only say that
Ann-As much as you are now imfamous on here. You still influenenced me in the sense to keep trying on cB to develop a personality on here. You also influenced me to say my oppinon but to say it unbashfully, although there were times I that and I ended up regreting saying what i said but...yeah...Still i love you.

Josh-You smartass bastard,Brilliant mind you have, great relationship advice you give.Honestly if you were a good little boy Id love to see you on staff in the future. But how you influenced me..i have no idea.I suppose it was the idea of getting nerve on here.Nerve to say what I want to say in the way i want to say it with out sugarcoating the truth.

If i think of more ill post them.
