I thought Kaycee created a thread to discuss the AIM/chatroom deal so that we could veer back toward the original topic here. ;x

no, but what good points have you brought up that haven't been brought up before?

I apologize if these things have already been brought up, if you can find a thread where they have been brought up then prove it.

^^Apologizes, I didn’t mean to veer off topic. Any more concerns I have on the subject will be posted in that thread. Thanks Azarel.

I guess I'll post my 2 cents in here and stay on topic. _smile.gif

I'll start with the new people staffers:

I Shot JFK: Well, honestly, I don't see you around the forums all a lot, so I really have nothing to say about your performance.

kayceeisms: K, I think your performance is pretty good, you're active around the forums, but I'd like to see more of it around the other forums. It seems like you're just in The Lounge 24/7. Maybe you should start wandering into other forums and making topics in them? (Such as Food, Sports, Etc)

kryogenix: I don't see you a whole lot either, but you make me laugh hilariously. I don't know you well enough to say anything about your performance as well.

mipadi: thumbsup.gif thumbsup.gif I really like your posts. Like you said, you only post if you have something intelligent to say. I'd like to see you post a little bit more around the forums though. I haven't seen you post in a while, or maybe it's because I'm looking in the wrong places, No?

My Cinderella.: I love your topics and posts. You make consistent effort in all parts of the forums, and I really like that. _smile.gif I think you're doing your job as a People Staffer, and I'm very glad that you got hired. Keep up the good work. P.S: Your activity is starting to as well fade. Me don't like.

Rachel is love: I think you're a very nice girl, but you can be very straight forward. I think you have the attitude to be a people staffer, and I'm glad that you did get hired. You're not in a certain "clique" and that's what's great. _smile.gif I'd like to see you have more activity around the forums, though.

tic tac.: I suggest you stop posting the sandbox. Yeah, it's great to pass the time, but it seems like that's the ONLY place you ever post in. Honestly, get out of the sandbox for once and moderator some other place. I think that you should just post around the forums more likely. Your activity isn't as strong, and it seems like all you post is in the sandbox. Honestly, I think that you favor your friends.

Here we go, new MySpace staff:

a beautiful nothing: You're doing a consistent job, and maybe you should try posting in the Graphics Help more often? Or in the Graphics section? It's absolutely cool if you post in the MySpace section all day, but maybe you should come more into other sections, and see if you can help? _smile.gif I'm sure that people would appreciate it.

WHIMSICAL 0NE: Great job, and you seem to always be in the MySpace forums helping people out. I as well suggest you wander off some other forum in the Resource Center to see if you can help them out. _smile.gif Great job so far.

I'll edit this later if I have more things to say.

^ No. I still don't know who you are. sad.gif *feels slow*

But really, thanks for your input. _smile.gif I'm trying to cut back on the Sandbox more. I guess I just needed a "push."

What's wrong with posting in the Sandbox? I don't really see a problem with it, as long as it's not the only place you're hanging around.

I never said anything was wrong posting in the sandbox, but as I see that tic tac. posts there 24/7 and I think that that's the only place she hangs out. Hey, I'm just saying my opinion. Honestly, I rarely see tic tac. anywhere BUT the sandbox.

To Sherlock.: Lol.. Don't worry, I'm no one. _smile.gif

if you have something to say, why must you mask who you are? no one is going to shove their cocks down your throat just because you spoke your own opinion.

Just because I have something to say doesn't mean people have to know my identity. I'm just someone. Okay? If I don't want my identity known, then I don't. I'm not going to be an a-hole about this, so I'm just going to drop it here. I think we're starting to get off topic, so if you would like to respond, PM me.

Guess I'll continue on from where I left off...

Azarel: I absolutely think that you are doing an AMAZING job. _smile.gif You've been everywhere around the Resource Center, and along with the Community Center. You're doing a fantastic job. thumbsup.gif Keep it up.

Mulder: I'd really like to see you more in the Resource Center. I'm not sure if you still log on much. Your activity is going away, and it seems like you are starting to become inactive again. mellow.gif Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places, or is it that you don't post anymore? I'd really like to see you more in the 'game.'

I think I got everyone..... Despite the bitchiness about me posting my feedback, I'm going to post it anyways. It seems like every time someone posts some feedback, everyone has to be all defensive.

I applaude you. Im trying not to be bitchy at you. (if that was to me..) I admire the posting of the feedback. You're very critical (does that mean critique-y? I wonder..because if it does, then thats what I mean). The whole incognito thing is fine with me.

well, i've mentioned this backstage, so i'll just mention this now. I have a huge recital this wednesday, and I am basically freaking out about it. I'm either practicing, dealing with the pains and bleeding that come from practicing, working on other aspects of the recital, or freaking out. so.. cb is very low on the priority list as of now. but after wednesday, i'm so free. i have a rehearsal soon actually...

I agree.Thats why i try to keep my mouth shut about what i think bout some staff members preformance.because im not intrested in hearing the person im criticizing getting all nasty with me about how its me with the problem.

Openly criticizing a person [even though i am a chef] has never been something i like doing even though it is better that i should. Its something i have to work on i suppose.

Did you do an IP check?

No offense, but I hate when people use that feature unless it has something directly to do with a member displaying misconduct that needs to be addressed. Otherwise, it's kind of a violation of privacy. I mean s/he didn't want anyone to know who s/he was. Regular members can't just do IP checks when they want to figure out who someone is, and just because a mod has the power to do so doesn't mean they should use it in that way.

If you didn't, please disregard this post.

I am capable of IP checking. But i never use it unless its someone on myspace or AIM.
i havent ever used it on cB i SWEAR.

Regular members can't even do IP checks on CB...

Let's just drop this and move on, yes? It doesn't matter who he/she is. Just read what he/she has posted and consider it.

Thank you guys for not taking it personally. I appreciate it. _smile.gif

To Sherlock.: Thank you. I just hate it when someone freely speaks their opinion about a moderator, and one person who's friends with the moderator is like "OMG I DON'T AGREE WITH U, U STINK OMG111"

To Monochrome. (Diana): Honestly... I don't see what's wrong with saying it freely and openly. Telling your opinions will not only help the person, but see what (s)he's doing wrong. _smile.gif I think that if you have something to say, you should freely say it out loud, and though we will take your words kindly. (Well, at least I will).

To Libertie (Dani): Eh, I'm pretty sure you IP checked or something, and found out my identity. Oh wells. _smile.gif

To brownsugar (Suzzette): Yeah, I have to agree with you on that one, about invading someone's privacy.

To Mulder: Ehh, great to know that you didn't just disappear without telling. Good luck. =) Thanks for telling me, and giving me an explanation on why your performance was like that. _smile.gif

To kayceeisms: No problem. That's just what I've been seeing. ph34r.gif

OK
Here it goes.
Tina-Something that has irked me is the fact that thre have been a couple of threads in the lounge that were spam but because the people that were engaged in that thread were your friends. You instead of taking action to close it,Participate in that thread.I know that we all have our momments where we go and we spam jsut a little bit-its only human nature but this has started to become an issue that is comming up more often. And i see that others have noticed it and brought that to you attention so i really dont need to go on about it.

Everone else i think is doing a good job.

(ok i did it)

just a question, is this to tina only because of what happened in the past? does that 'hate' carry on to this post?
