So..
I have this amazing boyfriend.
He's pretty much everything a girl would want in a boy.
But he and my friend have a thing going on. They hate each other.
She thinks hes a bitch.
And he thinks shes a whore.
And she told him that he isnt good enough for me.
And he believed her even though he hates her.
Now he is on the verge of breaking up with me because of what my friend said.

Is there any particular reason they hate each other?
If your friend is a bitch to everyone, get a new friend. And if your boyfriend doesn't respect your friend, he's not worth your time.

Well.. Elleen thinks he is a cheater, and he doesnt like her because she is kind of a moocher off of me.
And he doesnt want people to use me.

Then he sounds like a good boyfriend. I've never met either of them, but it sounds to me like your friend doesn't like him because of something more that you don't know about; maybe something that happened in the past. She may be holding a grudge against him because of something that really has nothing to do with your relationship with him. Did that make any sence?
