^ I didn't call him racist. I never participated in any of the 'racist' issues. So, really, I don't care.

I probably would have left out the last paragraph dedicated to CB members, keeping in mind what preceeded this topic =P.

That asides, it is a good and well-worded explanation; and some of the things you said do indeed look different under this new perspective. Thanks for posting it, honestly.

Yes you can, under one condition... I want you to PM, and we will talk. This is give and take. I will not let you use the work that I did.

You said you're doing this for yourself, so kudos. It's not every day you learn more about yourself. It's much better than your previous thread about this situation.

Yeah, but I had to take hours to create this thread... the other thread took 10 minutes... >.>

I already speculated most of this, but it wasn't grounded in facts. Now I know it. Thank you for your support, and thank you for your help.

Silly Noob.
If you read the other topic properly like some did you would notice that people were in fact offended by his other topic.

So some people do care.
Either way if you dont care dont post..

Really, Diana, please don't assume that that user is simply trying to raise their post count. It was an honest reply.

Josh, honestly, I haven't read that whole thing. When I do, I'll edit this post with a response.

EDIT////: Good job, I saw plenty of self-realizations there. You seem much more calm, which is a definite improvement.

Do you consider that you're doing so in the right way?

Just wondering, given the amount of irritation and controversy you seem to generate. Because SOMETHING you do must cause people to 'judge' you and be 'ignorant jerks', right?

Or are you genuinely a martyr to your own truthfulness?

Always trying to turn a positive into an negative aren't we James? I know that certain things I say and do will cause people to judge me. What's life without a little controversy, and I use things like this to separate the ignorant morons from the rest. I don't see my self as a martyr, but I do think that I was honest and I do think that people took what I said out of context.

I was asking you a question, that's all.

Asking questions is far less a sign of ignorance than blind positivity. But ok.

If I wanted to turn this into a negative thing, I could do it so much better. But, I don't. If you've learned something, then good for you. I just didn't find what you said to be revolutionary or that special to me... That's all.

You know what.
I don't care what anyone says, I think everyone is a little racist. Like, people by nature are jugdemental. I mean, it's just to what extent. Some of us are really bad with it, some of us are quiet about it.

But I think we're all inside deep down a little racist.

I KNOW I AM. COME ON PEOPLE, EMBRACE YOUR SEXY RACIST SELF.

No. We are judgemental, not racist. There's a difference.

Josh, nicely written. I'll admit I had to hold my breath when I clicked on this topic. XD

Can we please stop with the noob/not noob/idiot remarks? Totally uneccessary (although at this point, I think it's stopped, I hope)

Also, I'm going with this statement:
QUOTE
No. We are judgemental, not racist. There's a difference.
as opposed to the we're all racist to an extent statement. Perhaps there's some semantics on this, but racism usually denotes some type of intolerance or discrimination either by personal preference or as the result of how one was raised and being assimilated into that type of mentality (not that that's an excuse at all, we should all make up our own minds).

Now one could say that judgement is inherent in racism, but that's totally different than someone being judgemental at times.

I would say we can be judgemental of people, but I wouldn't go as far as to say everyone is racist in that everyone has some type of belief to one extent or another that certain races are below others.

We judge the person, not their race.

Just my opinion(s).
