It's a series by Meg Cabot
there really good!!

it's about this 16 year old who can see dead people and tries to help them get to the afterlife. She falls in love with this dead guy who lived in the 1850's.

I just finished reading the 4th book and I need to get the 5th and 6th.

If you've read tell me your thoughts :]
Or if you haven't read it you should

I pretty much don't like Meg Cabot's books, because they all have pretty much the same story line.
However, I love this series because it's different.
I read all of them already, and I loved it.
I totally didn't expect what happened in the end. :]

I loved the one book in the series Haunted. I think that was the best one but that's me. Paul sounds sooo hot though even if he's a stalker... I don't think you meet Paul until later on in the later books. Well, just forget I said that

I was suprised of how it ended, I didn't expect (highlight for spoilers)>>> for her to end up with Jess, I mean he is was dead but when he came back to life. I guess they would get together.<<<

They didn't end yet, well I don't think so. She does start to date Michael. Ignore that if you're reading Princess Diaries.

Whoa, I would've never expected a series like this from Meg Cabot. I've never heard of the series, but if I can I'll try to read one of the books. Which do you reccomend?

Well, you can read it in order but you could also just read Haunted (just to see if you like it but it is the second to last book, I think). I actually read Haunted first because I thought it was a single novel and then I went back to read the others plus the last one.

I just ordered this series on a whim and read it in two days.

I am so glad there was a happy ending.

I had these books for -monthes- before reading them. I knew it was one of those series that I'd come to frustration with, because of the whole situation. I'd invested in a series of books about lycanthropes and vampires - the main character being a woman look'in for love, and it ended poorly. The whole happiness and being in love is impossible thing really made me mad, because after like 6 books the woman was left alone. And that's what I thought would happen in this case, since Jesse was a Ghost.

But I was pleasantly surprised.

I remember reading this book in high school. I really like it because it was different from her other books. And, it was cute and had a good ending.
